  Denise was so kind and professional upon our check in. Tidy rooms, friendly staff and safe location!! I come down to the MS coast often, and finding a nice affordable place to stay isn’t always easy. Glad I found this location for our recent trip, I’ll definitely stay again in future trips as well.

  The service up front was wonderful, I felt incredibly welcomed by the kind lady working the evening shift! The room was clean and it was a good stay overall.

  CROOKS N LIARS STAY AWAY. Im a truck driver and only in town a few days.I called around last week and was told by an employee that there was a special rate for truckers of $80 something per night and it didnt matter which day of the week...Well i got in there last night and asked about a TD rate..The girl behind the counter was cluless and told me she never heard of a truck driver rate...Upon further looking in her system she says oh yes here it is...Now their card processing machine was down and she needed me to write my info on a form ,CC# and all...I was a bit hesitant but Holiday in is supposed to be a reputable company so i did it...She NEVER gave me a price and i didnt ask because i was told around $80.She checked me in and about 30 min later i get a notification they changed me $123..I immediately go downstairs and she said the truckers rate was $112 not $80 something Regular rate was $127..She said i could speak to the manager upon check out...I check out and the manager told me $112 was their lowest price.,but when i asked about the $80 rooms i was told about then she suddenly remembered that price ,but i was told it was something different. She said something about a corporate deal,but it was $80 something per night....So ofcourse i asked whats the difference ?? Her response was "ITS JUST DIFFERENT ". I asked again,,,if you can charge $80 to them ,then you can do it to everyone..Her responce was "ITS JUST DIFFERENT " She obviously wasnt going to answer my question...If i had known i was being charged that much i WOULD NOT have stayed there. The construction didnt bother me but the smell of weed in the hallways and elevator was strong.. You shouldnt lie or bait n switch your customers...which is what i feel happened to me....I couldve stayed down the road $40 cheaper....Ill definitely recommend to friends n family to definitely stay ANYWHERE but there..

  FARE WARNING! (They sure didn't afford us any & charged an outrageous $180+ for 1 nite) Construction going on everywhere in the hotel. The smell of mold/mildew and who knows what else permeated the entire bldg. Room cleanliness was lacking and the room resembled something from a B movie.. My worst hotel experience in the last 10 years. DO NOT get bamboozled like we did. We thought a 4* hotel at $180 a nite was going to be a welcome relief from a 12 hour drive. NOT.

  Stay away! Doing a cross country trip with family and stayed at many IHG properties and by far this is the worse. The front check in manager, Kayla, is extremely rude, lazy, and incompetent. No hello, couldn’t find reservation, no welcome gift at check in, when asked about it she stated that it’s house keeping duty and the door is locked (the snacks were out in front and I never had an issue getting it before). The property is undergoing construction and it does not stop until 9pm. Asked why is there construction going on at 9pm and she refused to answer. Felt the racism the moment I stepped in. If you’re Asian, stay away from this place.
