Beautiful hotel and rooms, but do not come here if you have a nut allergy because the rooms and hallways have a very strong odor. I am not sure if it's deodorizing spray (suspected in hallway) or Shea/mango butter/coconut butter products (suspected in rooms) or both. They were so strong in 2 prospective rooms that it provoked a serious asthma event before we even checked in and we had to leave and find another hotel. If you're not allergic to anything and do not have asthma, this place is beautiful with nice rooms.

I don't know how this place got some many great reviews because it's subpar at best. Without the friendliness of the staff, I would give it zero stars. My original room had a tub but we couldn't take a shower because the knob was broken. The floors was so freaking dirty, my child feet was black and we was in the room less than 30 mins. We moved to the next room and the shower was dirty and it looked like my 5 year old clean it. Then while showering a bug start flying around. If I wasn't so tired, from a long day of travel I would've left. The bed was the best part of the stay, I did get a good night of sleep. I woud take the bed home. I wish people would be honest, because that's how I choose hotels. Please invest in carpet cleaning at least once every 3 months and do a deep cleaning as well. This was to be a suppose a smoke free floor (it wasn't). This hotel isn't worth $184 plus taxes. DO BETTER HILTON.

We stayed here for two months, while our baby was in the hospital. The room was nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. Always enjoyed seeing Ken at the breakfast room in the morning. Lashondra was very professional and reasonable to work with, giving us a very fair pricing scale. Only few hiccups were : extensive partys in the dining area in the evening, sometimes stretching into the entrance. Very hard to appreciate when it’s your home every day. Also the elevators rarely both work, but I think they were waiting on the parts to fix it. Our housekeeper rarely completed everything, and would almost always leave one thing undone. To sum it all up, we had a great stay, and I know the staff were trying…
