  I would've given this hotel 5 stars because I really enjoyed my stay. Upon check-out I called and asked a question about the extension time, and the front desk personnel answered my question and thought she hung the phone up after we spoke. You better be mindful when dealing with patrons in the establishment you work for. She proceeded to talk about how she ain't got time to deal with that this morning as if she was annoyed with my question. You might want to make sure you hang up the phone sis before you start talking about a hotel guest!!! Your professionalism is trash!

  We held our annual pretty pink and pampered for cancer surivors in there banquet hall it was very nice

  We had a grandchild in the Children’s Hospital. I talked to Shawanda in sales and she took very good care of us as the family. The room was very spacious and clean. The parking is very easy. Perfect distance from the hospital. Breakfast was good and plenty. I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing a room while in Jackson.

  I have been staying at this hotel for the past two and a half years since my son moved to the Fondren area. The first year, I raved about the hotel, the staff and the service. I was so happy to have found such an amazing Hilton property only a half mile from my son. Some time during the second year, I began to notice that my room wasn’t as clean as it used to be. But if I called about a hairy shower, dirty dishes left in the sink, or dirty sheets on the bed, the staff apologized profusely and took care of the issue. This past week, I arrived on October 1st for a 3-nite stay. Upon checking in, I was told I was being given a room on the 4th floor. When I made the reservation, I called and asked to have a note put in the system for the 6th floor. I have been doing this since August 2023, the first time I checked into this hotel. Brian, who used to be a worker at the front desk, now sporting a “manager” name tag, jumped in to basically call me a liar as he said that I did not call. He continued to talk rudely and condescending to me. Being a Diamond member of Hilton for years, does not buy me very much. It’s not like being a Delta Diamond member haha. At all other Hilton properties, I am given an upgrade from the room that I book, but NEVER at this hotel. And at this visit, I could not even get on the floor that I called to request two week prior. And just to add a little sprinkle to Brian’s non-customer service, the room he put me in had dirty silverware in the sink and had obviously not been vacuumed any time recently. The TV in the bedroom did not work and the light bulb in the lamp next to the bed did not work. I mentioned these items to the front desk during the evening of my first night, but never heard from anyone and nothing was repaired/replaced. I have made a comment to the Hilton Diamond desk that I would gladly forfeit the water bottles as a Diamond member to just have them double check the room to make sure it is clean. I spent $240/nite for a basic standard room that gave me the ick factor for 3 nites. The sad thing is that this is the only Hilton Hotel I can use in the area and after this review, who knows what I will get.
