I had a very mixed and overall frustrating experience during my stay. Unfortunately, the housekeeping service was very poor. My room was not cleaned properly, trash was left behind, and basic supplies were not restocked. For the price of the hotel, this level of cleanliness is unacceptable.
The front desk staff, however, were excellent. They were friendly, professional, and genuinely tried to help whenever I needed assistance. Their customer service was the only positive part of my stay.
That said, communication throughout the hotel was a major problem. Many staff members did not speak clear English, which made it difficult to request services or get simple questions answered.
I also spoke with the manager, Marybell, in hopes of resolving these issues, but it was a complete waste of time. She was very rude and dismissive, which only made the situation worse instead of helping.
Additionally, there appeared to be underage children working at the hotel, which is very concerning and something that should be looked into.
