    SOFA is hard a a rock, literally. Beds are hard (but not as bad as sofa) clock doesn’t work, available Live TV stations very limited. No live news. Only after joining Hilton Club can you get wifi. Room is clean, front desk staff friendly and welcoming. I won’t stay here again because of the beds.

    The couch was hard as a rock. The fold out bed was worse. Of the three sections, the top two leaned down and were hard. Once we got into a new room, the couch there was hard, but the beds were both much better.

    "Overall, the hotel was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The rooms were well kept and the breakfast was fresh and enjoyable. Unfortunately, the housekeeping staff was very rude and unprofessional, which took away from an otherwise pleasant stay. With better customer service, this place would be excellent." Housekeeping kept coming into my room during stay and saying it was close to check- out time. Which I had another night stay. Once I ask Her ( Marybell) for clean towels during my stay. She said that's not part of her job seek her from the from desk. The front desk clerk was very helpful and cheerful sprit.

    The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was nice. But the housekeeping staff was very rude and made the experience uncomfortable. That behavior needs to be addressed because it doesn’t match the quality of the hotel.”

    I had a very mixed and overall frustrating experience during my stay. Unfortunately, the housekeeping service was very poor. My room was not cleaned properly, trash was left behind, and basic supplies were not restocked. For the price of the hotel, this level of cleanliness is unacceptable. The front desk staff, however, were excellent. They were friendly, professional, and genuinely tried to help whenever I needed assistance. Their customer service was the only positive part of my stay. That said, communication throughout the hotel was a major problem. Many staff members did not speak clear English, which made it difficult to request services or get simple questions answered. I also spoke with the manager, Marybell, in hopes of resolving these issues, but it was a complete waste of time. She was very rude and dismissive, which only made the situation worse instead of helping. Additionally, there appeared to be underage children working at the hotel, which is very concerning and something that should be looked into. Overall, the front desk staff did a great job, but housekeeping, management attitude, communication, and staffing concerns seriously need improvement.
