    I chose the Hilton as a business man for the Diamond member perks. I periodically have to change locations of my stay. I have been a Diamond member for 3 years and have never been charged for a cancellation. After I explained the above to Danielle the manager she was unwilling to accommodate my request. I'm frustrated and will no longer been staying at that location.

    This hotel had a little age on it and had a broken elevator when we got there. I persuaded the Desk Clerk to give us a room on the 1st floor. She also was not instructed that I am a Bronze member so I am supposed to get complimentary water when I arrive. Only here for one night so it worked out. I would stay here again, AS LONG as the elevator is working.

    We enjoyed a comfortable stay at Hampton Inn in Greenwood Mississippi. There were a few items that were disappointing. One was the tv not working and the other was the lack of follow up when we reported it was broken. Otherwise it was an enjoyable stay. Thank you!
