Also my tv wasnt working and after 2 days of asking front desk about it I just fixed it myself lol. Probably one of the better hotels in the area though so it is what it is.

We asked for the footage and was told to get a police report so we did and they still refused to show the footage. Makes me think someone working there may be the one doing it. I am a travel nurse there and received a special rate for staying there and i told them to charge my card at which point they told me they had already run it with the charge coming off my card. I received an email today stating i owe 600$ when just last night i owed 280$ supposedly. WORST PLACE TO STAY!!!!!!

It must have been coming from the lobby, because when I called the front desk to ask about the music. The lady said she would take care of it. Well, it's still playing, and the thumping and vibrations from the bass is still going on, and it is currently 11:31 pm. They even have a sign saying quiet time starts at 10 pm....really, very unprofessional and ridiculous.
