Other features include complimentary wired and wireless High Speed Internet Access, swimming pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, Business Center, guest laundry and Meeting Room which accommodates up to 50 persons. On my most recent stay, the front doors were broken, one elevator was out of service, and every day I had to get new keys to my room after I went up and discovered that my key was inactive. The problem with the keys seems to be more recent in the last 4 months where every day, the system inactivates guest keys. The elevator that was working had a dried spill on the floor and old dirt in the corners. My hotel room carpet was obviously not vacuumed. Breakfast is the same old hotel breakfast with the same foodservice omelets, bland sausage, and foodservice biscuits and flavorless white gravy. I eat it because it fills the void. The lobby did get a nice facelift, but if the folks that work there don't really care about the property, everything else follows. If you go into a bathroom to change linen, there should be 2 of each kind of towel left in there, not 1 towel, 3 wash cloths and 1 hand towels and no bathmat. Hotel does have a pool, but it is outdoors, covered up/unusable. For one of the most expensive hotels in Greenville, there are better options available.
