Cons: Carpet in the room had stains and stuck on “something,” digital key and card keys had continuous issues, I had to reprogram/get new keys multiple times and was told to just stop trying the digital keys, there was only someone at the front desk once out of those times, otherwise after waiting for someone to show up I was treated like I was interfering with their night; I was not offered the food/drink credit that I've earned at all Hiltons, and this was the first time I’ve ever been yelled at by the cook because I was going to take a muffin to go with the “made to order breakfast”, apparently “toast is allowed, nothing else is.” So, if you go there, and are able to get into your room, and don’t plan to leave your room again, at all, until checking out the next morning without eating, you’ll be fine, otherwise I’d find somewhere else. Definitely not worth the $. I stay at Hilton’s quite often (Diamond Member) and this was one of the worst.
