This hotel was booked for family members coming in from out of town at a special rate . The purpose of their visit was to help take care of our sick family members. This room was booked a couple weeks out with airplane tickets included . I explained that this trip had been planned out and Michael informed me that we could stay at any other hotel we liked . To call this an inconvenience would be an understatement, all things considered . Honestly believe this was racially motivated .

If you don’t mind the noise from other rooms or from kids playing in the hallways, this hotel is okay for you.
