This was a beautiful hotel with amazing breakfast, and it is conveniently located in a plaza with lots of food and shopping options. We were very stressed and tired from traveling, but Michelle immediately greeted us with a bright smile and instantly turned our moods around for the better. She found a room that accommodated us and our dog and went out of her way to ensure we were taken care of throughout our stay. If we ever find ourselves in D'Iberville Biloxi again, we will definitely be staying here!

Seamless check in, nice room, clean bathroom, etc. But when it got to after hours, it quickly became the worst stay of my lifetime. The room next to me was blasting music and it was shaking my room. The people above me sounded like they were jumping off their bed. I notified the front desk but nothing changed. Ultimately, I decided to pack up and see if I could get a different room. Thankfully, Clifford set me straight. He was incredibly nice and gave a room on the ground floor. This room was dead quiet, which was perfect. This is the exceptional service I always expect from Hilton.
