I arrived earlier than expected, but Samantha was able to get me checked in quickly and did so with a very pleasant demeanor. After settling in, I took advantage of the well-equipped fitness center and got in a great workout before dinner. When I discovered the remote batteries were dead, Antais promptly resolved the issue. He was the most professionally dressed staff member I encountered, and his attitude was even more impressive. The room’s air conditioning worked perfectly, and the shower had excellent water pressure and temperature. Breakfast options were plentiful and allowed me to start the day feeling full and satisfied. While I didn’t quite understand the extra furniture in the room, it didn’t affect my stay. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

The rest of my party was all asleep when this happened so that wasn't very convenient. All EV chargers were broken/out of service. EV charging is a main factor in our choice of accommodations. Disappointing.
