- GSgeorge smithDec 20, 20251.0I travel quite a bit for work, Diamond Member, and this is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at for a Hilton property. Many rooms throughout the hotel have evidence of being pried open and/or broken in to. The room I was assigned had damage to the door and the frame was very bent. The inside of the room was no better. There were stains throughout the carpet and drawers. The cover to the HVAC unit was also broken off with loose wires sticking out. The bathroom was also a mess, with the toilet leaking from the base as a low-light. There was also no smoke detector in the room, it had been removed from the wall. My daughter has Celiac Disease and the worker in the breakfast wouldn't take the time to verify, or let us verify, ingredients in food items. She just said something to the effect of "just assume it contains the ingredient" This limited the food she could have and be safe. If I go back to the area, I will be staying in a different hotel chain.

From broken tiles in the elevator to no water when I checked into the hotel to leaky water faucet after they fixed the water to soiled and worn out carpet and flooring to wall repairs not painted to blah blah blah. I don’t write many hotel reviews and have lifetime diamond status at Hilton but this place needs attention. People were nice but that’s it. Go up the street to the Holiday Inn Express. It can’t be as bad as they place let alone $181.

Very frustrating and very much poor customer service on their end. -10/10

Finally on the night of the third day we had to ask for fresh towels and go get them ourselves. Breakfast hot items on the buffet was questionable as to proper temperature and possible health risk. Lobby are was kept at a very warm temperature and made our 4 families very hot for gatherings to play games. Worst Hampton Inn and Suites I have ever stayed at.
