    This property does not come Close to meeting Hiltons requirements and badly badly needs a complete remodeling. From broken tiles in the elevator to no water when I checked into the hotel to leaky water faucet after they fixed the water to soiled and worn out carpet and flooring to wall repairs not painted to blah blah blah. I don’t write many hotel reviews and have lifetime diamond status at Hilton but this place needs attention. People were nice but that’s it. Go up the street to the Holiday Inn Express. It can’t be as bad as they place let alone $181.

    The tv didn’t work in our room, the employees knew it was faulty upon check-in and didn’t even give us the courtesy of getting another room or at at the very least telling us that it didn’t work. Very frustrating and very much poor customer service on their end. -10/10

    No housekeeping service for four days. From desk was notified 3 times and still no service. Finally on the night of the third day we had to ask for fresh towels and go get them ourselves. Breakfast hot items on the buffet was questionable as to proper temperature and possible health risk. Lobby are was kept at a very warm temperature and made our 4 families very hot for gatherings to play games. Worst Hampton Inn and Suites I have ever stayed at.
