  When I checked in, the front desk staff did not make eye contact with me for about 30 seconds while she searched a drawer for something. When checking in, I was told that the wifi did not work and I should sign on McDonald's wifi. Only one of the elevators would open and it only offered the 1st floor rear, when going back down. This led to the laundry area where sheets were on the floor. Room are small and outdated. When I went down for breakfast the next morning, the front staff (Natalie) was sitting to the side on her phone. I initially thought she was a guest. I requested a empty brown paper bag from Natalie just to help carry my breakfast back to my room. I was told that they were only for Hilton Honors Members. I told her that I was one and had been a member since 2014 (over 10 years). I again requested a empty bag and said that I don't want the items inside. After checking my membership status, I was told that my status was not high enough to get an empty bag and was offered a garbage bag to carry the items. This shows that the staff wouldn't assist at a basic level.

  The place was clean Employees nice. But they had only 1 luggage cart, the room keys did not work on side exterior doors, in the room one of us got locked in bathroom and they didn't know what to do...I got my tools and was able to get her out. Water had a smell. Only one iced machine worked on 3rd floor. Would not stay there again. Manager said they would only charge for one night....haven't seen that yet.

  Its dated but I slept good, breakfast was what I expected. The usual self service breakfast but coffee was good and strong. Only one elevator was working but there not alot of people so it was ok. Overall not bad, I would stay again.

  Although the hotel was very clean there were a few things wrong. 1. Live TV would not work. I could only access online apps like YouTube. 2. No bar soap in the room. The shower only had shampoo and conditioner but no soap or body wash. 3. The coffee and hot water dispenser in the lobby were not even plugged in. They dispensed room temp water. I walked down to say something, but there was nobody at the desk.

  Good hotel would like a better hot food selection for breakfast.
