After the first night, I spoke with the front desk about the bed being uncomfortable for me (my husband was fine). They came up and not only flipped the mattress but added extra blankets under the sheets to make it more comfortable for me. I've never had a hotel go that far to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The employees we interacted with (with the exception of one evening front desk employee) were so friendly and gracious. That one employee could use a refresher course in polite customer service. The room was spacious and clean and the housekeeping staff was so friendly and helpful...one even went so far to ask about my husband who wasn't feeling well. We needed to check out 2 days early since my husband still wasn't feeling well and the front desk made it a seamless experience. The little things make such an impression! We were on the 4th floor and the people in the room next to us had a dog and we never heard them or the dog. The views from the beach view room are beautiful. We will be back next Christmas season!!
- MBMarco BarryJan 1, 20265.0I’ve stayed at A LOT of Hamptons and this is by far one of my favorites: the staff are super sweet; I love the layout of the hotel (different to most Hamptons); it has a HEATED pool that is actually heated; it’s got a decent gym with heavy dumbbells (up to 75lbs), kettlebells (up to 35lbs), a Peloton, and even a box for box jumps; and the big screen in the lobby for drawing on is a fun feature I’ve never seen at any other location! Also, it’s across from the beach so even the rooms on the side of the building have views of the sea. Definitely recommend.

Direct access if traveling from Downtown Biloxi. Parking - Very Good. Handicap Parking in very front, everything else in the back of the hotel. Back entrance requires key to access. Lobby - Cozy, Good Amount of Seating. Views out towards the pool area and Gulf Room - 507, Standard Room, 2 Queen Beds. Very Modern and Clean Room. An odd smell, not sure if it was just my room or in general. Walk in shower with Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash available. Also bonus of having liquid soap despenser. Mini Fridge and Coffee Machine also in room. Gym - Full sized, featuring a Pelaton, Treadmills, Dumbbells up to 50, Cable Machine, and other equipment Pool - Outdoor Pool with bathing chairs - and a hot tub! Breakfast - Typical Hampton Inn breakfast spread. Hot items included Eggs and a Kielbasa style Sausage. There were also these Breakfast Bagels. There was only one flavor of waffles available (due to one side being broken). They did have the new waffle maker with the Hampton Inn logo which is fun.
