Jay at the reception was absolutely amazing! I'm actually staying at the Hyatt next door but was at the sister hotel Hampton Inn to look for drinks that the Hyatt didn't have at the moment, and received an unexpected exceptional customer service from Jay. Great job!

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this Hampton inn on November4th 2025. Despite informing the staff ahead of my initial check in on the 3rd about my service dog and if she wanted to see my official document paperwork, she declined to see it and registered my check in. The next day completely different scenario the front desk by the name of Cynthia questioned me about my dog certification as I was coming back to the lobby to go up to my room with my service dog in a loud and confrontational manner in front of other guests. This was not only embarrassing but also stressful. I gave Cynthia details about my check in and in fact the other worker said I didn't have to show her my paperwork. She said that I was lying and that security camera will prove I'm lying. She also threatened me that she was going to charge my credit card $75 for lying. I would greatly appreciate management to review the cameras video and audio. I on the other hand have all the proof mentioned above. The hotel's lack of understanding and accommodation for guests with disabilities is concerning. I hope the hotel takes steps to train its staff on disability awareness and proper procedures for handling service animals. This creates a whole new approach to my next course of action based on this unforgettable experience.

The front desk work (Bre) was absolutely amazing! He service was top notch. She found a discrepancy with my booking and immediately corrected it after describing the issue. She saved me money and a ton of headache. She also was kind, informative and genuine. Thank you Bre! I will 100% stay here again.

After recently staying at this Hampton, I requested a late check-out after 11:00 P.M. On the day of checkout, the maids on the floor began questioning this and harassing me because they didn't have a written record of this request on their clipboard. When I tried to explain to them that the request was put in at the front desk to leave an hour later than normal checkout, they continued to barrade me with questions and called the manager at the front desk to find out that what I'd requested was true. After the maids discovered this was the case they continue to be boisterous and loud as if we were over staying our welcome. As a Hilton Honors member that travels frequently for work I was highly disappointed about how I was treated. I will not be staying at Hilton affiliated hotel again.
