The stopper in the tub didn't work & the shower flange wasn't attached to wall. I also had to wait to checkout because the receptionist was getting food from the dining area.

I also asked for an extra blanket and was told the blanket on the bed was sufficient and if at some I don't feel it is I can come back after I have gone to my room and ask again.

Despite the hotel being under renovation/construction it was a great experience. Jeremy the manager and his staff went above and beyond to ensure our group had everything we needed they were super accommodating in making sure our rooms were ready and cleaned when we needed them. I can't wait for the renovations to be over for their sake!!! The property is also conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. A a big shout-out to Leanne their group contact for helping us navigate the room block and securing a meeting room for us. THANK You Jeremy & Hampton Inn team-we hope to see you next year.
