This place is a dump! Dirty, in need of repairs. My room had no hot water, telephone didn’t work, toilet water wouldn’t stop running, hvac was cold or hot . I had to keep adjusting the temperature. And the drapes were coming off the curtain rod. Lazy management, lazy employees make for a terrible stay at the Hilton Ballpark in St. Louis. Paris Hilton needs to make a visit. She can witness the poor quality of this Hilton property. Maybe they need to merge with Motel 6 but on second thought Motel 6 might be a step up!

Jason Winkelmann provided consistently excellent customer service. During the several months I stayed there, he was always attentive and made sure I had everything I needed. He regularly checked in and showed genuine care, not just professionalism. What stood out most was that even after more than two months, he remembered me during a phone call. That level of attention and follow-through is rare and speaks strongly to his commitment to guest service.

Dawn was excellent when there was a problem with the Kitchen. Dawn gets 5 stars and at checkout Ashley gets 5 stars. Those 2 alone made all the difference in making this hotel a great stay from an OK stay. I would go back again because of people like Dawn and Ashley . They are great assets to the hotel.

We stayed at the Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark and really enjoyed our time there. The hotel is very nice, with a large lobby, an indoor fireplace, and lots of great baseball photos from long-ago players that give it a really cool historic feel. We did valet parking, which made everything easy, and the location is hard to beat — right near Busch Stadium, Ballpark Village, and Kiener Plaza. What I found especially interesting is that this spot is where Fort San Carlos once stood, and the site was part of the Indian battle of 1780, which adds another layer of history to the area. Our room was nice and comfortable, though the bathroom could use a little updating. Overall, it was a great place to stay, especially if you’re in town for a game or spending time downtown.

Was in town for the gateway dirt nationals this is our third year here and brought guest along for the first time. We have had a pleasant time two years prior but avoid the 6th floor east tower. Our room had standing water in the tub after a shower the floor was soaked with water. The toilet kept clogging. They have a bar that serves food ordered food at 11pm didn’t receive it till well after midnight and didn’t get half of what we ordered. Requested a luggage rack upon checkout one never showed up after waiting 30min.
