Room-bed was decent. Shower head and tub spout loose, shower sprayed water all over the floor, prob due to connection. Pressure was wayyy too high. Hot has 2 temperatures, slighty above warm or scalding. Small coffee in room sucks. No flavor, weak. Should offer free Continental brkfst or at least coffee downstairs. AC is preset, coukd not adjust. Warm when we got there, cooled down at night, but too cold. Receptionist when we checked in, although late 845pm ish, was rude and short. If she's tired, should not be working this kind of job. Need a friendly person with a personality at front desk. She told us about the room, hotel, parking as if she was going over a script.

The rooms are not the best but still better than other hotels around STL. Lobby area is very nice. The shuttle to the airport is very convenient as well

You really feel safe with the cops on the street. The parking was terrible. For the value you would be better off paying for parking at the airport and taking the shuttle to the hotel front door. Instead you have to walk from the “back lot” around to the front of the building. A full 5 minute walk in the dark. A real joy in the rain.

Stayed on the 3rd floor, bed was a sunken hole, room toilet didn't flush properly and hallways are outdated. Water linked from the ceiling hallway smelled like mildew vending area are less to be desired. This place needs a overhaul on this level. The positive was front desk was very kind and the market was stocked. Lobby area and bar was topnotch.

I didn’t stay at the hotel but had a bad experience with their parking service. I followed all the instructions that were emailed to me. I called the front desk upon arrival. Gave her the information that I was on an Air Canada flight to St Louis. She told me to go to door 16. Told me the drivers can be busy if they have other passengers to drop off and that they might leave every 30 to 60mins. She said they can take up to an hour but that the drivers are very quick. I went to door 16 and then called her back to make sure I was at the right place because I did not notice any other shuttle buses. I described exactly where I was and confirmed I was at door 16. She told me I was at the right spot. I was waiting for almost an hour. I called the same lady back. She told me the driver had been there and was waiting 15 minutes for me. I told her I never saw a driver and that I had not left my spot at door 16 looking out for the driver. She said she could track the driver and insisted that he was there. I once more described where I was. I told I was at the exact same spot she told me to go to but she told me she hasn’t been at the airport in a very long time and did not know what that meant. During the conversation she put me on hold so that she could speak to a manager. She came back and said she didn’t really know how to help me and that they did not know where I was. I explained that I was at door 16 as instructed once more describing where I was to her. During that conversation she mentioned terminal 2. I told her I was at terminal 1. She said international is terminal two. I told her again I came on an Air Canada flight from Canada to St. Louis and that I was at terminal 1. At that point she said I had to go to door 18. This was incredibly frustrating. When I called back to confirm that I was now at door 18 she said to wait. The shuttle arrived five minutes later. I wasted over an hour after a long flight because she gave me the wrong instructions. At no point did I tell her that I was at terminal 2. I repeatedly told her I was an Air Canada flight to St. Louis. She never confirmed anything and had me waiting for 60 minutes at the wrong door. She didn’t even bother to apologise. This was a complete waste of my time and I would not recommend the car park service or this hotel if that is how they deal with patrons.
