The first from my husband and I had issues with no heat.. housekeeping shoved 5 Kleenex into the holder to cover the fact that there were no Kleenex. They called maintenance but the issue wasn’t fixed, they moved us to another room with the same issue of no heat. The rooms do not have a refrigerator or microwave. We had to pay $16/day for parking, no free Wi-Fi, $20 for breakfast if you wanted breakfast. I’m not impressed with the room, for the price it should be nicer. I won’t stay here again, we ended up paying $445 for 2 nights, they charged additional $75 because we drove 13 hrs and wanted to checked in at 11:30am instead of 3pm. We paid the extra because we were exhausted by the time we got to the hotel.

The room was quite warm with the AC/Heatinf system not working. No bathroom fan either. Hallways had a musky smell. Workout room was nice, and the pool seemed nice as well. Worked for a night before an early flight.

My flight was cancled and Delta put me here. The room they gave me was 82 degrees and the ac didn't work. I called and got a snippy response but did get a new room. This new room is 76 degrees with equally poor ac. This room also has large stains on the floor. After all the hassle of rearranging my flight, this hotel experience was the straw that broke me. Hotel bar has plenty of options at least. Do not stay here if you can avoid it. Pay a little bit more to have a functional room.
Update: The bathroom sink barely works and the handle on the right spins all the way around. If they missed something this obvious, what else are they skipping? Yuck.
Update 2: Found a bug in the bathroom.

The lobby/restaurant is beautifully maintained. I was allowed to check in early at no additional charge, and when i requested more toiletries and towels the service was prompt. However, as far as my room - I was disgusted at the ants in the bathroom, the thick layer of dust on all the room furniture, the rusty tub with hair still in it, the dirty toilet that was never cleaned or "cleaned" with something dirty, the holes in the adjustable chair, and the dirty and peeling doors. I feel scammed. My room felt like a cheap motel, not a Hilton hotel.

I left one star because there was no option to leave zero. I used the Park & Stay feature while on vacation and was told it was a secure lot. I returned 5 days later to significant vandalism to my driver's door of a new vehicle less than 2 months old. I was told there were no cameras but the "lot is secure". The General Manager Justin was no help at all and didn't return my calls for several days. Do NOT stay or park here. It is not a secure lot and is the furthest from the definition of "secure". Per Justin, "park at your own risk".
