Beautiful historic property conveniently located to restaurants, attractions (see pics) and parking options. Impressive lobby area with self check out snack options. Very friendly staff. Soaring ceiling heights in the rooms. Very comfortable bed. Older property could use some touching up in the baths (caulking, grout). Loved the soft lighting option in the bathroom. The HVAC has a particular sequence to the buttons but it worked perfectly. Tv proportionate to room size. Generous fridge size. Coffee service in the lobby would be a nice touch. Overall great value, would definitely return.

We walked into a room the smelled of spilt bleach. The tub was not clean. The shower was covered in hair on the wall from a prior guest. The body wash bottle was empty. The coffee supplies had not been restocked. We ordered in room dinner with a beer that required a bottle opener and they did not have a bottle opener. We ordered breakfast at 7:15 am and it took an hour to arrive and only then because we called down to ask about it. It was cold and ridiculously bad for the price tag. That said, the bed was comfortable. The size and layout of the room was nice. The street noise is LOUD. The valet drivers beep car alarms to locate vehicles in the parking garage across the street and the rev of engines is a lot.

The hotel was nice don’t get me wrong staff was kinda rude during check in but when I checked out it was a different lady and she was super nice and sweet also the hotel elevator smelled like cigarettes and alcohol the entire time I was there also there was no microwave in the room and everything was all beat up kinda looked janky compared to photos online I honestly would never stay here again. Also the heat was on in my room I set it to 75 degrees and it was still freezing cold all night and morning

Beware: We stayed at this hotel multiple times to give it a fair chance and we thought it was in a good location; however, we have had consistent issues with their service and food menu items being out of stock. Food: In the same day, we attempted to order room service for lunch, cancelled our order once we received a call from the front desk stating they were out of burgers, and we still charged for room service upon checking out. The downstairs bar/restaurant area is just as bad. We tried ordering several items on the menu (some of which I asked in advance if the items still available because we experienced the room service issue), and yet again, we were told yes we have the items by our waiter. Minutes later the waiter came back to tell us no, sorry we’re out of the items you ordered. This happened 2x just at the restaurant. Needless to say, we won’t be back.
