I do drive touring coaches. I stay in this hotel from 11/7 - 11/9 because my company reserved here.
Great parking area specially for a big motorcoach.
I had a great experience with the front desk staff. But had bad experience with the lady name Angel in the breakfast area. I had a couple bouchers for breakfast. The first morning I let Ms. Angel know I had a boucher. She replied very rudely "Give me the boucher before getting anything" I gave her the boucher and I told myself don't let this make a bad day. The next day I had to leave very early. So no chance for full breakfast. Ms. Angel was setting up everything for breakfast so I asked her for a couple slice of bread because I had to drive for a couple hours she replied again very rudely. " I don't have any bread. You can buy from the front shelve" then she turned around and walked away. I don't think the hotel will go bankrupt for a couple slice of bread. She needs to be re-train on how to offer better customer service.

I don’t like sharing reviews like this, but people need to know. This hotel has bed bugs.
My husband and I caught it and left immediately.
The front desk lady was very nice and made sure we were refunded. The service was good. It was just unfortunate that we found bed bugs in our room. Room number 204

It was a great stay until I came outside to my window busted, steering column broke down and found out the security on the lot was sleep instead of watching the parking lot. I’ll never stay here again just because I can’t even sleep comfortably knowing my car isn’t safe here.

I reget a two on any business, but especially this one because I really tried to avoid it with strong communication to the local leadership team on multiple occasions.
After two different stays within months this is the result. The Hilton Garden Inn at the airport needs an overhaul. So many issues that I'm embarrassed to list them. But let's just say every aspect of their operation and infrastructure needs examining,
Some items of issue.
Front desk service delivering items like pillows. It just never happened.
Wake up calls requested never occurred.
Uncomfortable beds. Changed rooms, still uncomfortable.
Slow bath drain. Maintenance said fixed, but problem persisted.
Tub had black film on bottom.
Lobby booth leather seating has cracked spots and looks poor.
Broken elevator.
Trash outside overflowing.
I cannot recommend them no matter the great price point. Thank you to the staff that did provide smiles during my stays. That got the extra star.
