    As a wheelchair user the accessible room with RI shower was nearly perfect. It covered all our needs. Spacious with plenty of room to maneuver 2chairs. Bathroom setup was great! I could wheel under the sink, the stool had plenty of room around it and the shower had space. The room transitions were smooth, no lips. Overall a very nice stay. We felt refreshed. Oh, and the bed height was good.

    I often stay at hotels around the country, including very high-end hotels. I have never stayed at any hotel where the staff and customer service were so exceptional. The staff was helpful and caring from the moment I checked in and throughout my two-day stay. The food was excellent, the room immaculate, and the staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. If every hotel were managed and had the excellent staff this hotel has, it would always be a pleasure to travel. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel regardless of which area of St. Louis you happen to be working or visiting.

    Awful. I am a gold member and regular business traveler. I arrived about 9:30 am to check in and the lady was completely rude and told me she had no rooms available and then abruptly stopped talking. It was awkward to say the least. The parking lot was about 1/3 full. She did not give me any more information about how long it would take, take my number in the event a room became available, or even bother to look for an available room. I understand that check in time is not until 3:00 pm and early check in is not guaranteed but I cannot control the airplane schedules and every other hotel would try their best to get you in a room as soon as possible knowing you are likely in a strange place with nowhere to go. So, about 7 hours later, at about 3:15 pm after check in time, after hearing nothing, I contacted the hotel and was told that my room was still not ready but they had another one available. Why wouldn’t they have just alerted me immediately upon having another room available knowing I was waiting. I cancelled my reservation and booked a room and immediately received a digital key from the Fairfield Inm across the street. The Fairfield Inn saved me $88. I am done with Hampton Inn’s after this terrible customer service.
