- MMMegan MarshDec 14, 20254.0Stayed here for two nights in late-November/early-December. The front desk staff was very accommodating, helpful, and insightful in the local area, area weather, and places to go and see that might not be on a touristy map. We got snowed out all the activities while my family was there, but the hotel had good snow removal, and handling of the water/melting snow that is inevitably tracked in on shoes and outerwear. The fitness facility is a PROPER hotel fitness facility: 2 treadmills, 1 elliptical, 1 bike, water, towels, full set of dumbbells (up to 75lbs), a 24in foam box, some kettlebells, all of which I used. The equipment was in good working order, nothing broken, chipped, cracked, or unresponsive - though I did not try the headphone jacks on the cardio machines. The evening's milk and cookies were a nice non-pressured social event, with warm cookies (that did not taste like sugar), and whole milk available. Guests and staff mingled casually, some guests were in their pajamas as we watched the snow storm come in on the lobby TV. Location was good too, right next to

Bathroom setup was great! I could wheel under the sink, the stool had plenty of room around it and the shower had space. The room transitions were smooth, no lips. Overall a very nice stay. We felt refreshed. Oh, and the bed height was good.

The staff was helpful and caring from the moment I checked in and throughout my two-day stay. The food was excellent, the room immaculate, and the staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. If every hotel were managed and had the excellent staff this hotel has, it would always be a pleasure to travel. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel regardless of which area of St. Louis you happen to be working or visiting.
