I’m a very light sleeper and mentioned that to Malissa at the front desk, and she very kindly showed me some rooms that were available so I could choose the location that would work best for me. She was so nice and helpful, and I really appreciate her willingness to go above and beyond to ensure that I got a good night’s sleep. Will definitely stay there again if I am ever in the area.
- ABAnthony ButlerNov 2, 20255.0We were blown away with how much we enjoyed our stay! The ladies at the front desk were very nice. The room was very clean. The pool opens at 6am and closes at 10pm. Check in is at 3pm and check out is 12pm. That gave us plenty of time to swim in the heated indoor pool. There were plenty of clean towels as well. The breakfast was very good and they have coffee all day (I believe). We will be looking forward to another stay with this company (hopefully it is as good as this location)
- AAAnthonyOct 30, 20255.0I had a good stay here. Nice staff and a good location, I spent two different nights here and both rooms were very clean. I will say if you face the highway the highway noise is very loud. I woke up at 5 and couldn’t go back to sleep due to the highway outside.

The negatives: Poor customer service from front desk all the way to GM: almost openly dismissive of guest concerns and refusing to recognize their shortcomings. Upon arrival, stood at front desk for a minute without the clerk saying a thing or acknowledging a guest had just arrived. Not a word uttered the clerk until I engaged him with a "hi" (no one else was there and clerk was just staring into nothing). Very loud AC ،units. Had to switch rooms and still too much noise. No apology offered at all. Went for breakfast at 8am...came back to room at 8:30... key not working because they checked me out already, 3.5 hours before their noon check out yime. Went down to get the issue resolved. Again, not a word of apology. GM just stood by observing from 5 feet over as if that didn't concern him not even a tiny bit. A disappointment for a Hilton hotel. I will take my business somewhere else next time.

This is my third stay and I am always impressed by how welcoming the front desk staff are. The kitchen staff bend over backwards to provide excellent services. The rooms, lounge and pool are all clean and well-maintained. There is a small cost for parking, but ample parking in the hotel lot is available. Easy to access diners, restaurants and coffee shops.
