The room was nice and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a view of the airport and it was fun to watch the planes takeoff and land.

Brand new Hampton. Really nice. Only issue is that they charged me to park and I didn't have a car (I used Uber). They didn't even ask, they just charged me.

A friend and I were on our way to New Orleans to celebrate my late husband. When we arrived the check-in had some issues-not with the hotel, but there was a problem with the way it was booked. Cortez & Lance were phenomenal & were able to remedy it for the price I had booked it for. This was an emotional journey for me & they put my mind at ease.
When we returned, 3 days later, my friend and I had different flights. I didn’t get in until 10pm. The shuttle for the hotel never pulled to the curb so I missed it twice. I had 3 different shuttle drivers from other hotels get off their buses and asked what I was waiting on. I also called the hotel and they told me it would be 6-10 minutes. I watched and no one from my hotel ever pulled to the curb. Finally, almost 30 minutes later, a driver from another hotel, who had seen me there, came back for the second time and offered to take me. He was the one who told me the driver had been thru twice. I broke my foot several weeks ago and was in a boot so all I wanted to do was get back to the hotel. If I could rate the shuttle service, I would give it zero stars.
Frank at the Hampton was very apologetic and relayed my concerns to Brandy, the front desk manager. They both addressed the situation. I appreciated their efforts to insure my experience was heard and that I was taken care of. Front desk & hotel are 5star.

Kinda difficult to get to using Google maps. They are attached to a Hilton which made it more difficult. The staff were very polite and friendly. Ron was recently updated and very clean. Very quiet for being so close to the airport.
