Typically, I avoid booking hotel rooms with carpet, but this particular location exceeded my expectations. Notably, the carpet lacked the musty odor often associated with hotel rooms. Furthermore, the room featured a compact microwave and refrigerator, a welcome bonus. Considering the value for the price of approximately $500 for four rooms for one night, I found it to be quite reasonable. Additionally, the food options in the kitchen were fairly priced for a hotel.

Bartender was great and was pulling double duty because it seemed they only had 1 server for entire restaurant and reception area. There was a large party there celebrating an engagement (fun to watch) so the snacks were gone quickly and several folks arrived to find nothing.

Breakfast was great, maybe one of the best of the Embassy Suites I've stayed in. The staff was friendly and attentive. The location was convenient as well, just be prepared for the valet parking nightly fee.

The breakfast service was wonderful and the entire staff were very polite. Seeing the cooks go above and beyond was great and seeing Ridge in action was a plus. You can see and feel hospitality in the dining hall. Tera was a great bartender as she handle the happy hour rush with a great smile, good vibes and patience with everyone. The valet parking service was fast and even with the change in cars, they made it an easy process to get a new sticker. Front desk lady with the amazing style greeted us very time which felt great. Thanks again for a great stay!!
- KWKathie WellsDec 19, 20255.0This hotel exceeded our every expectation! Ahmaree was warm, friendly and reassuring as we checked in. The room had a grandeur about it. It was spacious, well appointed, and cozy. The shower was magnificent with plenty of room for two. Kim was lovely in the cocktail lounge. We arrived as she was packing up to leave, but she stopped what she was doing to prepare a lemon drop martini for me. (My new favorite!) She graciously made drinks for the people behind us too. The breakfast buffet did not disappoint containing every fresh item that I could have dreamed of. Lamont made a yummy omelet to my specifications while Adidya greeted me warmly. The front desk agent had stepped out on break at 6:30am, just as we were attempting to check out, and Bagdad made every effort to meet our needs as we departed. This was a fabulous experience We will stay here again when the opportunity presents itself!
