  Visited this location once again 11/13/25-11/17-25. Checked in by Josh. Kind, Friendly, professional very pleasant and helpful. Day 4 of stay, husband accidentally drops car key down elevator door shaft from the 4th floor. Twee-Sha(?) on duty was the most helpful, persistent and polite young lady at the front desk. She worked so diligently until that key was recovered. All the way up to contacting the owner who walked her through the steps to secure the elevator above and go underneath it and retrieve the key. This will be our favorite place to stay whenever visiting St. Louis from now on. Thank you for turning our unfortunate circumstance into a victorious weekend. We are so grateful to have had these staff members at this facility assist us during our stay. Thank you BWP for showing exceptional customer service throughout our entire stay.

  We have stayed at many Best Western Plus hotels. The staff here were unfriendly and borderline rude. I asked fot the rewards phone number and the young man at the desk could not be bothered to look it up. The cook for breakfast was very nice and helpful. We checked out late and the lady was okay and gave my husband receipt I will consider a different hotel if we visit that area again.

  We have had an absolute horrible experience here with the customer service and hospitality at this hotel. When we checked in at the hotel the receptionist was extremely rude and immediately met us with a very off putting attitude. While saying my phone number he said “say that again and don’t look the opposite direction this time”. He very easily could have politely asked me to repeat myself. At the end of the night when we went to go to sleep we turned off the lights and noticed that our fire alarm was blinking a green light. This is both disruptive for our sleep and dangerous to have fire alarms that do not have updated batteries. When I called the front desk to ask them for assistance he said “you’ll have to wait to deal with that in the morning”. When I explained I’d like for the issue to be taken to a manager he hung up on me. We are now staying in a room with a fire alarm with no battery and he told us “there is no fire so go to bed”.

  I was switched to three separate rooms between two floors before deciding to checkout because there were bugs in every room. Second and fourth floors to be exact.
