Nice hotel. Very close to I -29 exit so I found that to be very nice. Room smelled good and was clean. Mason (the front desk clerk) was very nice and very professional. He also was very helpful as far as giving me advice about places to dine at in the area.

I've called 24 times this afternoon. No one will pick up the phone. At this point, I should just cancel the room reservation and go to a non-Hilton hotel. The hotel should have someone on staff during the day to answer the phone.

Booked 10 rooms at last minute. Staff was great. We didn't get to use much of the facilities. Room and bathrooms were as expected for a Hampton Inn.

Worst hotel I’ve ever been in. Disgusting. When I got in my room, there was a dirty sock in the floor. The was visible dirt, dust, and filth everywhere. Toilet hadn’t been flushed and had urine and toilet paper in it. Sheets and towels were all damp. Only reason I give 2 stars instead of one for service is the manager offered another room, but at that point in the night I just needed to sleep and I highly doubt after all those issues that other rooms were magically better. I travel most weeks and this is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever been in.

Staff was wonderful. Very helpful. Killing it for what they have been provided by corporate. Very dog friendly.
Rooms need a good bit of tlc. Panel fell off the wall just sitting below nightstand. Carpets are older than me and thats probably thats time theyve been cleaned. Shower seat was slimy. And bed lifted up when I sat on it. But it was spacious and well set up.
THIS IS NOT A PLACE TO PARK TRAILERS!
I repeat NOT FOR VEHICLES WITH TRAILERS.
