The common areas in the hotel was also clean and inviting. Though we miss the happy hour offered by the hotel on certain days. I thought that was nice to offer to the guest.. we will definitely stay here again if our travels permit.

But the closer we looked the dirtier the room was. The doors around the edges and doorknobs were filthy. The white doors were grey. Light switches were dirty. Light on stove did not work. One iron did not work. Several light switches didn’t turn anything on. One double bed fitted sheet was dirty so had to ask for another one. No one at front desk answered so had to go down and get it ourselves. We’ve stayed in many IHG hotels as Diamonds members but this was one of the dirtiest we’ve encountered. Cannot believe it got as many good reviews as it did.
