  I just came up for the weekend; Friday-Sunday and it was very friendly and everyone is so polite. The front desk was wonderful! The first night was a little rocky but they eventually got to getting bedding. Then the next night Niha was very very helpful. I was unsure how to describe something and was not sure how she would react with helping me. We finally figured out that the staff the night before gave me a duvet cover as a blanket after explaining the item and how I ended up so cold because I had no actual blanket. She got me the right items and made sure I did not need anything else! So big big thank you!!

  Loved the cleanliness of the rooms more than anything. This is the first time in a long time I didn’t cringe or feel like I settled for a hotel. I honestly want to stay longer. The rates just weren’t in the budget, but wherever I get a little extra, I’ll most definitely bee back here.

  Had a great stay at Staybridge Suites. The room was clean and spacious, staff were friendly, and breakfast was good. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant experience would stay again!

  Dirty . Outdated room. As a Gold Member I expected more. My room had something splatted all over the bathroom walls that had ran down them The toilet handle was stuck in the up position so the toilet ran all night. The bathroom faucet was broke so no hot water and a trickle of cold. The elevator was dirty and it did not look like the floors in the hall had ever been vacuumed. Ms. Jackie was so Amazing keeping the lobby area clean asking if she could make you anything to go.

  This hotel has potential, but it was really dirty and we had a string of problems when we were there. Our first room was really dirty and tired. The room was only getting cleaned on the beds and bathrooms. But everything else was filthy, especially any door that went from one room to another. Now I'm a guy. For me to say its dirty, then its gross. My wife was horrified with the first room, which we had to stay in because that was the only room of the two-bedroom type they had. The AC unit in room one was very noisy, so I tried to see if something was wrong and the whole front of the indoor unit had fallen off. The filter had never been changed, EVER, and was so solidly clogged with dirt it was literally solid and no air could pass through. One of the bathrooms had tile work that was coming up. After the first night there was a distinct smell of Marijuana in our hallway. This happened multiple times during the stay. The staff attempted contain the odor in different hallways when it happened (more than once), but it was so strong the smell came through the main door. On the second night, we tried another room, which was in better repair. But everything else was still gross. The hotel was older and had been attempted to be serviced, but the staff was only patching holes and repainting (any by repainting, some areas were not even masked when they repainted, so one just took a brush and painted free hand). The second room was missing a temperature knob on the AC unit, which the maint dept was able to replace, thankfully so it would work. My wife also tried to clean clothes here in the laundry and she was taken aback once again. She went clear across town to do laundry as it was nasty. Room two didn't have a chair in the bedroom and the hair dryers in the rooms all were from at least 15 years ago. Thankfully the bed was comfortable and the linen was clean in all the rooms. That was the only way I was able to convince my wife to stay. She actually booked more expensive rooms at another hotel that were smaller because if it were up to her vote only, she was out of the hotel. On the flip side, the breakfast was reasonable. The hotel as a whole is in a great area, but it needs a full restoration, not just a patch this and paint that. The hotel has larger rooms, which would make it great if it was clean. Guest be aware and move forward accordingly.
