Would give the service six stars if possible. Had some confusion over my reservation, partly the apps fault, partly mine. They went above and beyond to fix it. Had a good recommendation for where to eat.

Great location. Nice being next to Bristol’s. Alyssa and Shantel were very helpful and good. The young woman that worked the restaurant was also excellent. Very good hotel if you have a dog. Good grass area and walk area. Good value hotel.

Front desk is very welcoming. Hotel is old but nice. I’d stay at HGI Hiltons more if I didn’t have to break my back to reach for the tp when I use the bathroom

We stopped here during a blizzard and it was unplanned but necessary. Rooms were not as reasonable priced as they should have been. But it was convenient for us due to the road conditions on our trip. A little off the I64, not an easy off and on so I doubt I would stay there again.
