    I was here for a month and a half for work. Im telling you what....the service was amazing and the staff were super friendly. Every interaction I had with the staff they went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend staying here.

    Stayed in room 216. The room smelled like sewage coming from the garbage disposal (even though we never used the garbage disposal and tried to dump soap down it to help the smell). It was sort of manageable for the first couple days but it got much, much worse the last 2 days. My husband and I woke up with headaches each day. When we asked to move, the lady at the front desk said there were no other rooms available, though we later learned there had been. Finally, on the last night, we were able to move to a different room and received points to help offset the experience. Randy at the front desk was very kind and understanding, but I would definitely not recommend that anyone stay in room 216 until they’ve fixed the problem.

    We had such a wonderful experience at the Homewood Suites by Hilton in St. Louis Westport. From check-in to checkout, everything was smooth, comfortable, and welcoming. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and felt like home, exactly what we needed during our stay. A special shoutout to Dakota and Barbara for going above and beyond to make our visit so enjoyable! Dakota was incredibly helpful and friendly, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Barbara’s kindness and professionalism truly stood out. She made every interaction feel personal and genuine. Thanks to the entire team for making our stay such a positive experience. We’ll definitely be staying here again the next time we’re in town!

    Barbra the Managers deserves an award. I won't go into the million things that she was AMAZING at helping with but without her I would have been sleeping in my car with my family or in her lobby. Traveled 7 hours and was ready to cry when my pre-paid room was overbooked. Not her fault and she still went above and beyond for me and my family. Love you Barbra keep sharing your kindness it is appreciated ❤️

    Barbara, the front desk manager, is absolutely amazing! We arrived on a Saturday to a fully booked hotel with no reservation because our third party agency completely failed in their responsibilities. Barbara, through no fault of her own, took full ownership of the situation making phone calls and advocating for us. Ultimately she found us a room and saved us a ton of stress and inconvenience. Thank you Barbera for your work and your willingness to take care of a stranger.
