Disappointing stay. The hotel was mid and the staff barely spoke English, making check-in and requests a total hassle. Won’t be back.

If you want Internet that is slower then dial-up that kicks you off the wifi about once a minute, this is your place. If you like to sleep with the lights on this is your place thanks to the super bright parking lot lights pointed at the windows. If you like tiny rooms this is for you. I left 2 days early of a 4 day trip to switch to a different hotel so I could actually get some sleep The best thing about this hotel was the restaurant next door.

If you need or want to rest, this is not the hotel for you. The walls and windows are very poorly insulated. The noise from the outside was so loud that I thought that our window was open; it wasn’t. The interstate traffic noise is awful. We heard the people in the room next to us opening packages. You would have thought that they were in the same room. There was some wooden type wedge holding the air conditioning unit in place. It wasn’t the dirtiest hotel that I’ve stayed in, but it’s definitely not clean. The carpets are dirty and the towels are yellow. The breakfast was nearly gone at 7:30 a.m. and what was left was inedible. The biscuits were rock hard. When I called to book the hotel the rate that I was given was $283. I booked through a third party site for $207. This is a more like a Motel 6 or any other $69 night hotel. I’m surprised that Hampton hasn’t pulled their name off of it.
