  We are diamond members and booked through the app. Once the confirmation email was received, the total per night went from 137/night to 160/night. When I reached out to the hotel to cancel, they wouldn’t even work with us on the matter. The manager would not approve the cancellation. Yes, this is a franchise hotel, however you’d think that they would be willing to work with customers to resolve an issue. MOST DEFINITELY will not be booking with this location again.

  Love the view. Breakfast and dinner service at penthouse is great. Cory and head chef helped getting us breakfast 5:00am due to eatly flight from Columbia. Hotel reception staff is great. All te staff including server and bartenders are great. And know customer quality.. Overall great experience.

  As part of our US Route 50 road trip, we stopped in Jefferson City and stayed at the DoubleTree, and it was a solid pick. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore downtown and visit the beautiful Missouri State Capitol, which you can actually see from some of the rooms and the attached Sapphires Restaurant & Lounge. The staff was friendly and check-in was quick — and yes, the warm DoubleTree cookie is still a nice touch after a long day on the road. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the views from the upper floors are worth requesting. Parking was easy, and it’s a convenient spot right off US 50 as it winds through the heart of Missouri. If you're following the Backbone of America or just passing through mid-Missouri, this DoubleTree is a great overnight stop with comfort, convenience, and a little touch of Capitol charm.

  Double Tree is a unique hotel in the downtown area of Jefferson City, MO. It has a great view of the capital. The rooms are clean. They have a diamond at the front desk in the afternoon, her name is Liz Christopher. Liz help me when I had problems finding a parking spot at the hotel, since I couldn’t park in their underground parking lot. She help me when I had problems with the Double Tree’s upstairs restaurant.

  I'm not very happy. After a very long day of travel, we checked in. I'm told no complimentary breakfast. Before I booked I called and was told they had a continental breakfast. That is what everyone in the industry including the Hampton I just stayed at yesterday call the complimentary breakfast. Here, it's a type of item you can order and pay for at the restaurant. Hair on one pillow. A used pillow in the bedroom stuffed behind the curtain. A hair on a towel in the bathroom. No blanket in the bedding bag for the sofa bed. Went down to get another bedding bag so we could have two sheets but all they gave me was a bag with only a blanket in it-which I should have already had and didn’t so I didn’t get anything “extra” but am too tired to go back down. But then the fridge is broken. We have insulin that needs refrigerated. Didn't realize it til the kids are showered , pajamas and in bed. Told we can move rooms. Not acceptable. Told there's no maintenance? They weigh 20pounds. I offer to have someone meet them at a vacant room to carry it. Nope. I do not understand why everything is like pulling teeth here. Nothing should be this hard. I'm tired, I'm grumpy, I don't have enough bedding or a working fridge.
