By far Amazing service all around. I called prior to booking to see the hours of the hot tub and pool, after I booked I called to see if I could get a room higher for a nice view of the city. I was informed that the front desk employee Anne had upgraded my room to one with a hot tub and a full suite as she noticed that's was my usual preference. I was Amazed and very happy because I didn't have to ask. Upon arrival I was warmly greeted and given the hours for the pool and other amenities. I went to my room and it was Great!!! Very impressed with the entire hotel what a wonderful experience!! I will happily stay here again. Everyone I encountered was very friendly. I have not one complaint.

THE GOOD: Having a whirlpool in the bedroom seemed cool. Also nice to have the bedroom separated from the living area.
Free parking
Night staff (esp Anne) was friendly and accommodating. She's the only reason it's not 1 star for Service.
THE LESS GOOD: The AC in the bedroom either needs a filter change, or replaced. NO AIR FLOW, But boy does it run LOUD!
Bathroom countertops had not been wiped down by housekeeping, and at some point water had clearly been allowed to sit underneath towel & soap display plate long enough to stain the counter. That doesn't happen overnight!
Lotion, conditioner and shower bottles were empty or near empty on arrival, and not replenished by housekeeping. Front desk (Anne?) brought up new bottles upon request.
Whirlpool was painfully slow to drain. Informed front desk, and the next day someone evidently worked on the tub BC the cold water faucet was turned all the way when I got back to the room , BUT when I turned it--NO COLD WATER. Maintenance came and about 2hrs later (20:00-ish) I had running cold water. BUT it now leaked a black crud (metal shavings?). The water still drained SLOWLY, and evidently the previous week before my arrival the unit above flooded--causing the ceiling to collapse into the tub. Housekeeping/maintenance likely wiped much of the debris into the drain, causing it to clog. Maintenance guy said he'll fix the drain after I check out (rather than the next day when I'm not in the room) for the next guest.
While the night staff was professional and did the best she could with what she had, the AM staff is a whole different kettle of fish! Sitting at the front desk with their morning iced coffee, talking amongst themselves about clearly personal matters. Visibly bothered by the inconvenience of people checking out on their time. Didn't even bother asking "How was your stay?", or send a copy of receipt WO being asked.
And finally, no complementary breakfast.

Reception desk was very friendly and recognized me as an Honors/military/retired employee. Provided excellent room location for a view of city. Room was clean and all accessories were operable. Shower head requires replacement but nothing that could be handled with minor adjustments. Kudos to Brittany(butterfly/dad tatto). My wife and I had a great experience with her conversing during breakfast. Thanks DD.

I stayed for three nights and had an excellent experience. The staff were warm and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were great. Everything felt relaxing and well taken care of. I would definitely stay here again!
