Room was clean, TV worked so we could watch the game when we got in. The room was spacious and well designed. We had plenty of towels and a tub as well. The lighting was good and appreciated the refrigerator. The hot tub worked and felt fabulous: the peloton was connected and worked great. Those two amenities are make or break on the rating scale for me.
As for the meh of the stay, front desk staff a bit overly aggressive with checkouts, breakfast good, but overpriced for a hotel breakfast for the area, and the subpar shampoo. I’m not sure who bought into the zero brand and convinced Hilton that guests over a month want to share a shampoo bottle, but I wish they would re-evaluate. I mean, if the shampoo was amazing, then maybe, but it is terrible. I bring my own soap because the bath gel is terrible and doesn’t work well with bath cloths anyway. However, that is a Hilton problem and not this particular hotel’s choice I imagine.
Will I stay there again? Probably.

Great place with excellent service from start to finish. I did experience an issue with the restaurant during my stay, but the staff addressed it professionally and with genuine care, which made a big difference. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the bathrooms were clean with everything stocked. The lobby was inviting and nicely decorated, creating a warm atmosphere the moment you walk in. Overall, a very pleasant stay, and I appreciate how attentive everyone was throughout my visit.

This was a decent hotel HOWEVER they do NOT serve a self serve breakfast, as advertised. Everything is “made to order” even though they have “breakfast buffet” listed on their menu. For me, I do not have time to wait for them to cook items that would take 20 mins to receive. I have to eat and leave quickly. All of the other Hilton Garden Inns do the actual buffet except this one. I even spoke to the mgr about this yesterday and she assured me there would be a buffet for the next 2 days while I was here. Nope. There was nothing. Very disappointing. They really need to remove “breakfast buffet” since it’s now not any different than ordering food off of the menu. Very misleading.
