- MFMichael FritzeNov 9, 20254.0The staff was friendly, and the hotel was clean. I was happy that the hot tub was working as well. One of the two elevators was not working the entire time we stayed. There appeared to be mold in our shower and the bathroom door hinges needed some oil as they were quite squeaky. In addition, the bathroom door did not shut as it was not aligned properly to close. We had originally asked for a king bedroom with a jetted tub per what we saw and requested on Expedia. This was not the case as we only had the shower.

Bathroom was not clean, walls you could see where water had gotten behind them, rust on the shower fixtures. Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. The sheets didn't even fit the bed. My son and i shared a bed and once we both got in it the sheets pulled up over the top of us. Elevator was filthy i didn't even want to press the buttons. Breakfast was not good, i was looking forward to a hot cup of coffee when i got up. so much for being hot. i was ready to get out of there.

They charge alot more in person than online,plus 50 dollars you do get it back,but the room for 1 king as over 200. The room was clean,but the bed was hard and the pillows went flat. The pool was to cold to swim in and the hot tub ,was just a tub,it had to be broke. The breakfast was Great and the lady making it was so nice and helpful. For the money expected more and it being Hampton.
