I was awoke eleven thirty at night.But a front desk telling me that I need to give them a good credit card because mine had been declined.. What's just probably true, because I shut my card off when i'm not using as prevention of fraud... I asked when I check in if they needed a credit card and the heather of the assistant manager said.But they had it was on file already with my reservation... They're really sad thing, is that besides being a team member there on a team member rate. I was treated as if I was a criminal and very unprofessional. Behavior from the staff, therefore I cannot give any positive feedback about this experience or that hotel. I will never see there again. Nor will I send anybody there again..

Would recommend staying at a different Hilton property in Columbia. (All photos taken within 20 mins of entering room for 1st time)
