Horrific experience. I’ve stayed at many Embassy Suites and have never had such a negative experience with them. We chose this hotel since we needed a shuttle to the airport for an early flight. To start the hotel was run down and filthy. The bathroom was nasty. The sofa beds the kids slept on had no sheet, blanket or pillows. There were no extra in the room either. I called down to the front desk 2 different times letting them know we would need bedding and 2 extra pillows. When these never arrived over the course of the 2 hrs I went to the front desk in person to ask for them. The woman acted like I was crazy for wanting sheets for the bed! She then told me all pillows were behind washed. We did eventually get pillows nearly 3 hrs after my first call. We had kids we needed to get to bed and having to wait that long for the basic amenities is unacceptable. The front desk person told us the shuttle runs every 30 mins and to get to the lobby about 10 mins before. We told her we needed the shuttle for 3:30am. When we get down there at 3:20 the new front desk person says no shuttle was reserved for us and there was no driver. We had to spend over $40 for an uber to get us to the airport which was less than 10 mins away. Dump hotel. Total waste of money.

Front desk staff was amazing - thanksgiving 2nd shift and 1st shift the following day. No whole milk in either the pantry or breakfast area. As for the room, I showed up very late with my one year old who was already asleep. So I did not notice anything until the morning. Floors were clearly not vacuumed. Stain or something weird on the couch. Hair found on 2/3 bath towels. Found hair also on one of the chair bases which looked unclean anyways. Toilet seat was not fully clean. Room had a weird smell. Overall very disappointed.

Their housekeeping and customer service is lacking at this location. We checked in, no offer of water or anything like they usually do. I knew it was going to be downhill from there. We walked into our room and was instantly met with freezing cold temperatures like we were still outside. They had our AC on high blowing cold air. Went to take a shower and there was soap scum all over super dirty and there was yellow stuff on the bottom of the tub. There was also no shampoo and conditioner or shower gel. The bottles in the shower were empty. Had to use a soap bar that was already open. Seems like our room was not ready, they threw clean linens in the room and called it a day. Messaged them in the app about it and got no reply not even a late reply for me to be picked up at the airport I had to call in. Beds were very uncomfortable. We stayed here to use the shuttle to drop our son off at the airport first thing in the morning. Which was wonderful had no issues besides the app message, they picked me up and brought me back really quickly. Breakfast was good and I like their coffee bars. Just wish they're standards carried over because all the other hiltons we've stayed at for example their red wolf embassy location in Arkansas was amazing and very hospitality oriented. You could message them and they'd reply within seconds and bring what you need right to your room.
