  The room I was in had a small sitting area, refrigerator, dishwasher, 2 burner range, washer/dryer combo. Room came with a small coffee pot and Lavazza coffee. I would give the room 5 stars, however, it was a bit dated. The best feature was the walk in shower with dual shower heads. Bed was comfy, and overall the room was clean. It's a good location to reach everything you want to do within a short amount of time. I can't comment on the service as we didn't interact with any employees, only at check in. Everyone at check in was very friendly. Only complaint was trying to get us into a lunch or breakfast presentation, which I can only assume was about a time share. They had a small activity center, with an arcade, 2 lane bowling (with the tiny bowling balls), and arts and crafts for the younger crowd. There is a small market that offers pizza, and Starbucks, however, I didn't get a chance to go in.

  I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Westgate at Branson Woods! From the moment we arrived, everything about this resort exceeded our expectations. The property is beautifully maintained, peaceful, and perfectly located to enjoy everything that Branson has to offer. The accommodations were fantastic—spacious, clean, and comfortable. Our room had everything we needed, from cozy beds to a fully equipped kitchen, making it feel just like a home away from home. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, and it was clear that the resort prioritizes guest comfort and satisfaction. The amenities were outstanding. The pools, hot tubs, and recreational areas were perfect for relaxing and having fun. There’s something for everyone here, whether you’re traveling with family, friends, or as a couple. The surrounding natural beauty and serene environment made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly enhanced the experience and made us feel welcomed from start to finish. If you’re looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and convenient place to stay in Branson, Westgate at Branson Woods is an excellent choice. I will definitely be coming back—it’s easily a 5-star experience from start to finish!

  We didn't stay here but we did do a preview presentation for some tickets ect.. the place was beautiful. The condo we saw was amazing, the deal if we had the money was super amazing deal!!! We had Corrine I believe was her name that talked and took us around, it was her 50th birthday if that helps lol... She was super friendly, kind, very funny - not once did we ever from her feel pressured at all... She definitely knows her stuff and deserves recognized for being a great speaker person... She was so kind and sooo professional but at same time made us feel we was talking with our friend.... ...oh and we hope she had a amazing 50th birthday 🎂

  This is our second time staying at Westgate! First time was a villa (5 years ago...) and then just a "regular room". Love the room - very spacious, accommodating, and perfect for our 2 day baseball trip. We did the waterfall hike and enjoyed it! The fridge/freezer section kept our bag of ice (that we got in the marketplace) frozen all night. Our son enjoyed walking around with friends, playing mini golf, hide n seek, and other things around property. Very reasonable cost.

  I stayed here two nights in March and was NOT impressed. The folks at the front desk were great, but the room was not good. First of all the AC/Heat unit gave of a loud annoying noise. It took maintenance a few hours to come by and repair it. The room was the smallest motel room I have ever seen. It was so small one could not pull out the stool for the desk far enough to sit on it because it hit against the bed. The bath room was so small you had to first close the door to use the toilet! There was no table and chairs. The fridge was in side a cabinet with a door that barely cleared the bed when open. The worst thing was the AC/heat unit was so noisy when it cycled on it would wake me! This is a massive facility but from my experience I can not suggest it to anyone.
