I found this hotel last minute. I didn't realize there were so many different hiltons in Branson but this one by far was the best hilton I've stayed at as a member in years! The staff was so friendly everytime we came in and out of the hotel. We actually had conversations and all of the staff were very friendly and nice. The hotel had a tea, coffee and hot chocolate bat set up in front and it came in handy plenty of times. My husband loved the free breakfast. They had an automatic pancake machine he was so impressed with that we were trying to find and purchase online lol. They had desserts at night. The first night was peach cobbler and ice cream that tasted great. Free of course. The entire hotel was very clean and I am a germaphobe. I usually hate staying at hotels because of the uncleanliness but this hotel was very clean. I packed bleach wipes, a steamer, my own blanket and pillow etc. Only to check the room and it was spotless. Everything was very clean! I was very impressed. The location of this Hilton was perfect too. It was next to all of the activities we did. Overall our experience here was a 10/10 and I don't usually like hotels at all so that means alot coming from me. We brought an rv so I don't have to deal with hotels and uncleanliness and this hotel was the best we've stayed at in years!! Thank you!

This hotel is a mixed bag. All of the employees were extremely nice and polite. However the rooms were not great. The TV is confusing and I could see it giving elderly guests problems The same thing can be said for the shower and tub. We had to call downstairs to understand how to get water to come out. For others pull the handle away from the wall fairly hard to get water to come out and push it back in when done to stop the water. Also there are scratches on all the doors going down the hall because the luggage carts they have are too wide for the doors so they scratch the paint everytime they go through the door. We were going to take a soak in the hot tub but evidently they don't leave the AC on in that room because it was so hot I would have passed out being in a hot tub in that heat. Also if you stay here and are sensitive to noises when you sleep either bring earplugs or a white noise machine. If I hadn't brought my air purifier and set it up next to the bed I wouldn't have been able to sleep. I could hear every door that shut in the hall and vehicles outside when it wasn't on. Also we could hear people's conversations in the room next door through the vent in the bathroom. The AC was barely able to keep it cool enough for me. The breakfast was okay. The ice cream social was a nice thing. I think that this hotel could be great but the owner needs to put some real effort into improvements. Keep all of you employees though they all seem very nice.
