Beautiful room that was very clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The only downside to the room was the noise from the street and the long walk from the check in desk to the south tower. Parking was easy and accessible and a huge bonus was being able to park and leave the car in a super central location and then being able to walk to tons of shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here Nov.8th-10th 2025 for our wedding anniversary & my wife's birthday. Disappointed overall, especially for the expense. Only 1 towel left in our room, we had to connect the cord to the phone in the room inabke to call guest services for more towels. Only given 1 pack of decaf coffee, NO regular coffee packs. The breakfast package we bought ($22 per person per day) was only available at the Hilton Convention Hotel about 2 blocks away. Our room was located in the South building, which meant we had to walk into and thru the main lobby...all the way to the end of the hallway, exit the building to the outside promenade area, then re-enter the South building. A long walk while carrying luggage, especially when the temps dropped into the 30's with gusty winds!! There was a nice large tub in our bathroom for a soak, but the faucet water flow was so slow....took roughly 40 minutes to fill, that's ridiculous!!
Add $20/day to park in their garage, located on the opposite side of the South building, long walk every time we wanted to go somewhere.
The only redeeming quality of our room was it was clean, comfortable bed with quality bed linens, & the nice view of the promenade area.
Overpriced & underwhelming experience. We won't be going back for another stay here.

My husband and I stay at the Hilton Promenade from October 20- October 24, 2025. This was a short getaway and mental break from work for us. We had an awesome experience from day one. I checked in via mobile App for a 4pm arrival but we did not arrive until after 5:30. I was a little nervous when I checked the mobile again and the room was no longer available. A message advising us to report to the front desk appeared. Upon arrival Morgan informed us that we were receiving an upgrade with no additional cost. We were escatic and appreciate the upgrade.. Dylan took our bags to the room and he was very friendly and personable. He took time to inform us of some great places to visit. When we got to the room, it was very clean and smelled nice. This was very important to us because we requested a deep clean due to allergies and we were aware that the hotel is pet -friendly. We were 100% satisfied with the hotel stay and the service. We plan to visit Branson again in a couple of months and plan to stay at the Hilton Pomenade again! Thank you Hilton staff for an awesome experience.

I’ve always wanted to stay at this Hilton but never really had a chance. Although pricy for the room we chose, it was well worth every penny.
Parking is onsite within a covered parking garage and dedicated hotel parking. I love that no matter the time of year, your vehicle stays out of the elements.
Check-in was easy as a Honors member because we can do everything at our fingertips on the app.
Our room (S517) was the next building over and just a short walk through the lobby, outside across a courtyard and up an elevator. Privacy and security are pretty obvious here which I love.
We opted for a fountain view. I can’t imagine staying any other way. Our kids were in awe of the views and the people-watching was top notch.
If the view wasn’t great enough, the room was literal perfection. Spacious, accommodating, clean, quiet, upgraded, and beautiful. Our room was a 1-bedroom with a pull-out sofa. There was a partially stocked kitchen with large fridge too! There’s even a washer and dryer!
The bedroom was a king bed with large TV and access to the balcony. I loved the blackout curtains for sleeping in without having the sun peek through.
The bathroom was the largest bathroom I’ve had in a while in a hotel. With dual sinks, huge glass shower, and XL soaking tub, I’d say it’s impossible to not feel luxury at every corner.
After all of the great features, you can’t help but point out that there isn’t any other hotel as close to the landing as this one. We didn’t have to drive anywhere if we didn’t want to because everything was just an elevator away. Restaurants, shopping, bowling, arcades, escape rooms, wineries, and more shopping than you can imagine!
We immediately started planning our next stay based on this hotel. I highly recommend.

The facility was fairly new very nice on the outside and clean and the service staff the best with a major exception for the rooms… I would never go there again and Hilton is now my last choice even though we are diamond members, the points just aren’t worth it. This is not the only Hilton I have stayed at with the same problem, the AC/heating is terrible. Stayed two nights in Branson and was uncomfortable in the room the whole time due to the HVAC system. The night temperatures in Branson when we visited was in the 50’s so we expected heat. There HVAC is so fancy but doesn’t work, the room controls was set to 68 degrees when checked in and it felt like 58. This seams to be a common practice even when season are changing to winter. Immediately raised the temperature but nothing changed. Finally got a maintenance engineer to get the heating on after freezing for hours. But that’s not all, the fan never stops blowing and it is so loud you can’t hear the TV or have a conversation. The heat would come on blowing super hot air then start blowing cold air. This repeated all night the first night but we were too tired to do anything that night as the temperature averaged around 70 degrees which is what they told us is only what the system could only due. Yes really told to only expect 73 this time of year. I’m retired and at my age I like about 75 degrees but that never happened. The next day returned to the room and it was again super freezing at what the thermostat claimed was 68 and couldn’t get any heat out of it. This time went straight to the front desk to get it fixed and the engineer came to the room to see if there was a problem there. He told us he could reset the system to get it “working” like last night but that the fan always blows with no off setting and is always very loud and the hot and cold back and forth was how it was supposed to work. Not a fix in my opinion. We got him to just shut it off by pull a panel board in the ceiling to just shut it off so we could sleep because we didn’t get much sleep the first night because we were hot then cold then hot and cold all night and couldn’t sleep over the noise. We took hot showers and covered under extra blankets and woke in a freezing room. The worst part is that the engineer told us he gets requests all the time to just turn the system off. He even showed up with a ladder because he knew that would likely be needed to shut it off. It’s a problem Hilton knows about but doesn’t fix. If you do go, bring a cheap $25 space heater and as soon as you get there get them to shut their fancy “crappy” system off. It’s a great location at a very expensive price which I don’t mind but it doesn’t have the basic climate control I think anyone would expect even at a bed bug infested roadside motor lodge.
