My wife and I book an Air BnB in Omaha, AR for a weekend trip originally. It was a 4 hour drive, and we showed up to a disaster, the toilet was right next to the bed (nothing like pictured). At 1am we were tired and didn't know the area. We called Hilton Promenade and spoke with Heather H., and I cannot say how thankful we are for her!
We wanted a washer and dryer and a little kitchen like an Airbnb would have, but I didn't have expectations of this at a hotel. After our call with Heather H. inquiring on availability, she had sent someone to make sure that the type of room we wanted was available, (we were happy just to have a bed at this point), and it even has a spa tub!
The hotel has been remodeled with the nicest finishes, and has that extremely clean feeling that you want. The convenience of a kitchen and washer/dryer unit in the room we're staying in makes me never want to use AirBnB again! At 2am we rolled into the hotel and were greeted by Heather H., who went out of her way to help us get settled quickly (she even helped load the rolling cart!) You never see that type of customer service anymore.
15/10. I have nothing but positive things to say about our experience. We extended our one night stay to 3. Heather H. and Hilton Promenade made our trip from, you know, into a relaxing getaway seamlessly.

Front desk and customer service was great! We had an annoying whirling noise coming from our air vent the whole time. We did not have hand soap or makeup remover wipes in our room. The breakfast was not complimentary after having to walk across the street for it. The buffet was similar to a free breakfast spread but cost $25/person. The avocado toast was described delicious on the menu but was only a piece of focacia bread with raw slices of avocado and over medium eggs on top. They should have been over easy.

Joshua R and Scotty B were the ones who helped us move our stuff into, and out of our rooms from valet parking, respectively. The professionalism shown by these two gents was over the top, and they didn’t bat an eye at the amount of stuff we had to unload due to having three kids with us, one of whom has special needs. Both men were great representatives of the Hilton chain, and deserve 10 stars! Additionally, whenever we texted the provided link to pick up our car at valet, it was there within just a few minutes.
The rest of the customer service throughout the hotel was stellar as well! We needed extra linens and towels brought to our room a couple times during our stay, and both the front desk and the kind woman who delivered them to us were extremely nice and cheerful.
If we had to provide any negative feedback at all, it was the fact that there were very few personal care amenities available in the room (soap, Q-tips, extra linens, etc.) We had to call for soap, because the bathroom did not have any, and they told us that the hotel was out of it. Again, that was not that big of a deal, having been offset by the awesome customer service; however, a chain like Hilton should not have that sort of problem.
We will definitely be booking a trip back there during spring break!

The manager at this location saved our Branson trip. We got into Branson late Friday night. Our AirBnB we had booked months out had some problems, and we could not stay there. We called around so many places, and finally got ahold of this hotel. The manager was able to get us into their last room(s) for the next two nights, and they were so kind and accommodating. They really took care of us, and I truly appreciated it. It was my son’s first time experiencing the Polar Express, and the National Tiger Sanctuary, as well as the Truth Teller Theater. What a great weekend it turned out to be after such a disappointment in the beginning.
I’d definitely stay there again.
Thank you!!!

We stayed two nights at this hotel - December 26-28. We paid over $300 per night for our room. Within a few hours of checking in, the room next door had two barking dogs. Knowing it would be a long and miserable night, we called the front desk. They moved us to another room. It was a pain but we were looking forward to a good night’s rest. Our new room had a balcony, but it was half the size and very dusty. We slept terrible due to the crying baby next door and the horribly loud street noise. We decided there is no insulation in the interior or exterior walls. The balcony was definitely a negative feature. It allowed even more noise into our room. In addition, we had two pods of coffee but only one coffee cup. We had to ask for additional coffee cups. For the amount we paid and the caliber this hotel claims, there is NOTHING for the guests. By this, I mean no coffee in the lobby and not even a continental breakfast. All these issues combined will cause me to never stay here again and to recommend my friends and acquaintances not choose this hotel either. The decline of this hotel chain and the lack of value placed on the guest is saddening.
