We were greeted at the door by Caleb and Shaun. Caleb loaded up all our bags onto a cart and let my boys help all the way up to the room. He was very kind and respectful. I’m very grateful for the smooth transition to our room that he provided while my husband parked the car. We are super excited to have a beautiful balcony room to share on our family vacation.

I had very high hopes for this hotel for a family stay last month. The location is the only thing this hotel has going for it.
Very Disappointing Stay – Poor Communication and Cleanliness Issues
We stayed at this hotel for a family getaway and booked multiple rooms, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were told our rooms were ready, yet we were then asked to pay an early check-in fee for arriving barely an hour early. This felt unreasonable and misleading.
Parking information was not provided at check-in, and when we brought this to the front desk’s attention, the staff was rude, unhelpful, and completely unaccommodating. As a result, we ended up paying an additional $45 to park in a garage across the street. Even the bell staff—who were the only consistently pleasant and kind employees—provided incorrect parking information. Clear and consistent communication about parking should be standard and known by all staff.
The so-called “free” drink tokens were essentially useless. Either there was no bartender available, or the bartender was unwilling to help guests using the tokens, and the interactions we did have were rude and dismissive.
In-room issues added to the frustration. The hot water needs to be turned on 15–20 minutes in advance just to get a lukewarm shower. There were no “Do Not Disturb” signs on the door, and housekeeping interrupted our children’s nap. Most concerning, the toilet had visible urine and hair on it when we first entered the room, which is completely unacceptable.
Overall, this was a very unhappy experience with poor service, lack of communication, and cleanliness issues. We would not recommend this hotel, especially for families.

If I was able to rate the service, a zero, that is exactly what I would do. We attended an event had an issue at the front desk room service stops at 9:30 in the morning when you’re up at 1 o’clock in the morning attending and a very expensive event, which was lame. The front desk is not helpful. Overall, our stay was miserable and we will never come back I will make sure that I tell everyone that I encounter not to stay here the room was dirty, the floors were dirty, the beds need to be replaced. The walls were dirty Overall for the money we spent. It was a very poor experience.
When you read the response from management below, they ask, did we report it? The answer is yes, multiple times we had a 2 PM check out only to have room service barge in our room there to clean it. this hotel is quick to take your money, but my goodness if they make a mistake which they made many mistakes, you are at their complete mercy getting your refund. They also accept no responsibility and blaming on everyone else and in our situation, it’s the financial institution.. Also, if you do host another party like you did on New Year’s Eve, you might wanna think about the floor and people slipping and falling all night long. That’s a huge liability and I’m grateful that myself or my husband didn’t fall or we would be having a different type of conversation. However, we saw multiple ladies in formal gowns, slip and fall. Once the confetti fell, It made even the carpet difficult to walk on without losing your footing. There were no places to sit to have hors d’oeuvres overall, lousy experience, filthy hotel, filthy shower. We didn’t even use it. It was so disgusting

Very good location if you want to do shopping at landing. The rooms need updated and didn't seem very clean. The indoor pool is the size of a wading pool and very undersized for a 12 story hotel. The breakfast buffet was basically a continental breakfast and $28 if you had to pay for it, would not have eaten there if I didn't have vouchers for it. Service was very slow there as well. Also beware of a "Destination charge" of $30 per day that I was unaware of at time of booking. I certainly expected higher standards being a Hilton hotel and the outrageous price that I paid for my room.
