I go to the counter and the young lady with the brown hair says we no longer use cash app. I say okay, no problem. I go out to the car and get my debit card but because it was a bank that I the old lady, short blonde hair was familiar with she says oh we can’t accept that. I said well this is the card that I have used everytime I’ve stayed at Hilton hotel. She proceeded to say that’s what all people like you say. ( I’m a black female) she starts to yell at me and say I’m not loosing my job because of you and she throws her hands up and walks off. Now I never raised my voice at her or anything. So she left me standing at the counter, at this point I go outside to the car; the other young lady made a phone call and they tell her that it’s okay I can use the card. At this point, I don’t even want to stay here because why spend your money where you’re stereotyped and mistreated. I really hope that the entire encounter is on video surveillance because I do want the entire interaction exposed. So we had driven 8 hours to get to Branson to see the play; and we literally had no time to go anywhere else so we stayed one night and immediately left the next morning. I will be contacting the corporate office of Hilton because her disrespect and yelling is unbelievable and her comment of “that what people like you” is unprofessional. Needless to say the play at SIGHT & SOUND was great but I’ll NEVER return to this location again. I give 1 star because the room was clean
