- TGTyler GOct 27, 20252.0The walls are paper thin. I can hear the entire conversation in the next door room. The neighbors aren't even very loud, they just did NOTHING to sound proof anything. Which is really disappointing. The staff are nice and the rooms are nice. But not having sound proofing is just a clear lack of planning. It makes it feel like you are sharing a room with strangers.

Oh how I wished I had taken pictures of the door seal at the bottom. If it was metal how did my dogs remove that without any damage to themselves??? No cuts, no blood, no whining from the dogs. But yet they still somehow removed it. And when trying to talk with Alex..... he replies you signed a waiver. Might I add for damage my dogs may have caused. I'd like to add it looks like a wheel luggage rack caused the issues my dogs are being blamed for. Perfect horizontal marks dont come from dogs especially when they are 2 inches from the ground. Very disappointed
