I recently hurt my back, resulting in L4 & L5 bulging discs and severe pain. I needed a room for the weekend while taking steroids and muscle relaxers to help reduce the swelling, and Elijah went above and beyond to help me during a very difficult time. Not only did he come out to my truck with a cart, but he also helped me get into my room and made sure I was okay every step of the way. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care meant more than words can express. It’s clear that Elijah is a valuable asset to Home2 Suites — and truly, to any company fortunate enough to have him. - GBGabriel BaughnOct 9, 20251.0Well i tried to be chill about this and deal with Hilton customer service but i do not think i will get a resolution that way. I stayed here for 3 nights a the beginning of September and was charged over $800 for that stay. I went to use the shower on my first night and the shower handle came right off. The water could not be turned off all the way and it slowly tricked cold water. I called the front desk, it was like 10pm and they could not get someone up there that night, ok i get it. Well the water was fairly loud and kept me up most of the evening. I went to work the next day unshowered and they sent a tech up to fix it. I came back to a bathroom covered in dirty boot prints. The bathroom mat, the shower, wads of dirty towels. I was so frustrated i went to the local walmart to get my own cleaning supplies so i could finally shower after two days. All i asked for was one night of charges put back on my card and no one will get back to me. I am about to just dispute the charges with my bank and go from there. I have pictures of these incidents and texts from the front desk person if they would like for me to share these screenshots online.
- MGM GAug 27, 20254.0Great location, VERY awesome front desk staff. Housekeeping was relentless, trying to wake us up twice for a one night stay, well before checkout. We were provided with a do not disturb sign to put on the door, but we never thought we needed one for a one night stay! The beds are quite firm, and the pillows disappeared into nothing. Breakfast was decent.
