I could hear everything when people passing by or make any noise. Yet it is relatively far from the busy street, still so loud.I don't think the window has double pane. It is so wimpy and thin. If you are light sleeper, you might want to stay away from this hotel.

There is some kind of youth baseball group here so plenty of kids and unfortunately it's been excessively noisy so far. Constant running up and down halls, yelling and the room above us sounds like there's a herd of elephants staying in there. Usually try to book top floor for that specific reason but no rooms were available this time.

The entire staff (Front Desk, Housekeeping, and the women we'd see during breakfast) were fantastic. Our length of staff was unpredictable but Robert and Andy were very accommodating! Our room was great for us, our two dogs and baby. Each morning we were greeted and during our evening walks through the hotel to entertain our little one people would smile and say hi. We truly appreciated the service we received during our unfortunate circumstances. Thank you!
