    Great motel. Recently remodeled. Their staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are great. Pool, hot tub and fitness area are nice. Fitness area has 4 machines but adequate. Free breakfast is great -toast, bagels, muffins, waffles, cereals, hard boiled eggs, variety of granola bars, milk, juices, coffee, and teas. Free shuttles to Mayo Clinic and St Mary's are great to use with all the construction going on downtown. Even if you chose to drive it is an easy 15 minute drive to Mayo Clinic. This was our 3rd trip to Mayo and our 3rd motel we tried. This gem will be our to go to motel when coming to Rochester.

    We just stayed there one night and it was new, clean and staff were very kind. Their breakfast area is clean and well kept. I want to give a shout out to their incredible kitchen staff, a caucasian woman and possibly an Indian man? I don't know their names but they were so kind to my son and I. It's the people you meet that make the experience unforgettable. Thank you sparks Hilton! ♥️♥️♥️🙏🏻

    CLEAN!! Insane Value! Everyone who works here is friendly & very helpful! We were staying at another hotel & left there after zero sleep / bad experience & luckily found this gem by driving by. This has pretty much become our go-to in Rochester for frequent Mayo visits. So close to 5 stars if hallway noise & other guest room doors opening & closing was muted more in rooms ( the doors need bottom door sweep to close the gap to the floor to better block noise). Their comfortable beds make a difference. Highly recommend.

    Terrific stay. Traveling with two elderly people with mobility issues and they were comfortable. Front staff was helpful with questions on check-in. Breakfast was the best we have had in well over a decade at this level of hotel with staff continually checking on supplies. Morning staff were friendly with smiles and available if we had needed anything. I would make a point of staying here when traveling through the area. Supper was at a winery less than 15 minutes west of the hotel. A delightful change of pace.
