My gripe is they changed me $2 for water in the room that 1: I didn’t drink and 2: I have status, so I shouldn’t have been charged anyway. If you’re going to play the ridiculous charge-for-water game, at least make sure you get it right.

HS is fortunate to have employees such as they do on their team--reception desk, breakfast service, housekeeping in particular. it was very reassuring to have such a high level of service while a family member underwent surgery and a hospital stay at St. Mary's!

The round was spacious and clean. The kitchenette was clean and well supplied. The breakfast was the typical continental flare. The eggs were the watery powdered variety. The breads and pastries were fresh, and there were numerous toppings for oatmeal. I would stay there again.
