The Rooms are clean, linens fresh, well appointed for work and downtime, WIFI always works, good variety of options for breakfast with friendly people, bell hops/shuttle drivers/valet are courteous remembering guests, the front room is beautiful for gathering by the fire with refreshments from the bar or the store. Neighborhood restaurants deliver hot food. The best piece is the Skyway Bridge to the mall, restaurants, massage and Mayo Clinic! Thank you Gueat Services team for taking care of us when we need it the most with Mayo visits.

They have a complimentary courtesy car to take you to and from the facilities. The best part is the staff. Every person i interacted with was kind and helpful. Whether it was needing some silverware or information about the Mayo system, the staff helped with kindness. They made a difficult visit that much easier. 10/10 would recommend. Also, use their valet parking. Absolutely worth it.
