    Beautiful new hotel and comfortable rooms. The front counter staff was amazing I can’t remember a time at a smaller hotel where I was welcomed back each time I walked in the door that’s a great feeling.

    Home2 suites is beautifully done and locally owned. The rooms and hotel common areas are incredible! The only complaint is there is no hot tub and the pool was unbearably frigid. A bit of a bummer if you are looking to relax.

    We stayed here Nov 13-14th. When I woke up that morning I noticed a dark spot on a pillow next to my daughter. It was a BED BUG! I called the front desk immediately. Two staff came up and confirmed it was indeed a bed bug. The manager Scott called me later that day and also confirmed it. He bumped my honors account 60k points but that isn't even two nights free with most hotels charging 35,000-40,000 points. I have since emailed him expressing the damages we have endured with no response. I do not recommend staying here.

    Overall a wonderful hotel! Brand new and it’s a gorgeous spot! There are a lot of amenities close too. Aldis, gas station, some restaurants. The staff were all so wonderful! Rooms were so large which was wonderful. The rooms were awesome overall, clean, big, great amenities. The studio room had two queens, a couch, microwave, fridge/freezer combo, sink with some dishes, nice bathroom. Even a table you can roll out with a wheelie chair. The pool is okay. It’s small and super cold. So cold that one day we couldn’t even going in. Workout room is amazing and lots there! I really enjoyed the water bottle fill stations throughout the place. The breakfast was really good, but on one day of Thanksgiving weekend they did run out of a lot of things and the juice machine was out of order. The gal running breakfast had lots of hustle and did great with all she had available. The breakfast area is right in front of an automatic sliding door, which is such a horrible placement as people have to pass by it and it auto opens and makes that area so cold in the winter. Did someone from Florida design that door 🤣
