The rooms were clean and updated, and they were very accommodating for our larger group and made sure our bus had room in the lot. Great location with lots to do but tucked away a bit from the traffic. We travel to this area a lot and this will be our go to location.

Only to find rooms smelling like smoke and weed when it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. They asked to switch rooms and the next room smelled just as equally bad. They couldn't stand it and left. Disappointed as we thought Hamptons was a trustworthy hotel name, guess we'll have to reconsider next time.

Breakfast was good. At check-in, they shouldn't tell the room number out loud. No need to tell others what room we are in.

I had to stay there 5 days because of a surgery I had and upon check-in I was having issues with the Capital One points I used to book the hotel. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and did not have to worry about the issues that Capital One travel created for me. When I say the staff, I mean the front desk, the manager, the housekeepers are very friendly, and even the maintenance stopped to chat with me in the hallway to make sure we had everything I needed in our room. First class service! The breakfast are great, and the rooms are clean. I would definitely return here again. Look no further this is your place to stay! : )
