So, being Hilton Honor members we booked to stay in Homewood Suites. On each visit, we NEVER RECEIVED any housekeeping....even when reassured twice by a manager that our room would be serviced. We had to go to the front desk to get new towels, Kleenex, and trash bags...and then we had to throw our own trash away! I am in vacation! I PAID for my stay at this hotel! I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO DO MY OWN HOUSEKEEPING!!!! PLEASE, ANYONE READING THIS.... DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY, OR VACATION ON THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!! HOMEWOOD SUITES IN EDINA, MINNESOTA SUCKS!!!! ABSOLUTELY A FRAUD!!!

The hotel is well maintained, the rooms are quiet with a large kitchen/sitting area, and the bed was comfortable. I will stay here again when I come back to Minneapolis.
