- BEBaxter ExumJan 5, 20261.0Every single chair in the lobby was stained, and all were terribly uncomfortable. It was almost as if the whole place was designed by somebody who wanted the place to look cool, but with no concept of comfort. Our room came with a cracked sink and two dirty towels hanging behind the door. Staff were too busy on their phones and annoyed to be bothered. The soap dispensers were ridiculously difficult to use. Every hallway had tufts of what looked like chunks of dog tail. And the cost was about the same as the (much nicer) Hilton we just stayed at in Hawaii. Never again. We stayed here August 1, 2025, but Hilton being in the news this week just brought back memories of this awful stay.

Staff was very unfriendly, the maintenance man in the morning was the only person that was friendly! Digital keys never worked, I asked the front desk multiple times to fix the issue and then I just gave up! My daughter ran down to grab snacks for our grandson and was met with,"I'm pissed off rn so I'm not dealing with that ", she stood there because she needed to pay and wanted the snacks and he got very irritated and said "it's on me, just take it" 12/11/2025 around 9pm! Blood or feces spatter on the bathroom wall by the toilet and When preparing for bed, we found gummy candy in the wooden bed frame, thankfully we found it and not our toddler grandson!
- JJJessNov 30, 20255.0Last minute reservation due to a snow storm! Room was clean, staff was friendly and accommodating. Our trip took a turn when my car wouldn’t start the morning of check out but a staff member- Brian, came out of the hotel and saved the day. He jumped my car and made sure he made sure we were able to leave before he returned back into the building. Would absolutely recommend this hotel based on the generosity of the staff alone!
