While trying to enjoy breakfast and get some work done, the lady that takes care of breakfast had music playing loud on her cart making it almost impossible to concentrate. When I asked the girl at the front desk if there was a quieter area to work, she said no, and that’s all. Not even the slightest attempt to tell the lady to at least turn down the music. Rude, selfish and uncomfortable surroundings. Never again. My group will definitely find other accommodations.

- JSJenna SellsSep 28, 20255.0I’m leaving a 5-star review, even though this hotel didn’t have a room for us this weekend. We stayed at this hotel 3 years ago, and we loved it. We decided to book it again, so we booked our stay over a month in advance, through Hotels.com. Booking through Hotels.com is a mistake we won’t make again. We had accidentally booked Thursday night instead of Friday night, but we noticed the mistake immediately and had to contact Hotels.com, which was not as easy process. An hour later, we had our reservation changed and reflected as such on the website. Well, we got to the hotel this weekend, and Tru by Hilton had not been made aware of the change. And they were fully sold out for the night. Molly was a consummate professional and so kind, even though she wasn’t able to give us a room, because of the Hotels.com mistake. She suggested a hotel close by that had room available. She gave us a bag of snacks for our little kids, and didn’t mind that we had to stay in the lobby while we worked out the debacle with Hotels.com. So, even though this hotel technically turned us away, we plan to return and get our repeat stay after all, because of the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Great work.
