Alexis was able to take care of at least 5 reservations in a short time. Very polite and friendly. She later told me that she was working past her shift until her relief arrived. Even with that extra stress she was a lovely representative of Hampton Inn.

Rooms are spacious and staff have always been helpful. Have dealt with a few issues in rooms but again staff were responsive (ex: outlet stopped working for mini fridge and microwave). Will likely stay there again.

However, the hotel itself is in need of some updates and care, as the facility feels tired and worn. The staff are doing their best with what they have, but the rooms could definitely benefit from new carpeting and general touch-ups, as they felt a bit dingy. There was a noticeable pet odor, and the room never felt entirely clean, likely due to the property being pet-friendly. The upholstery of the couch could use steamcleaning and the bed was quite uncomfortable (mattress needs a good rotating or replacing). If you have allergies, I would recommend choosing a different hotel. Breakfast was average and notable. Our stay was decent, though the pricing felt steep given the hotel’s condition.
