A dated hotel, and it reminds you frequently. Aged HD TVs complement the circa 1990s decor. The rooms have decently comfy furniture and the beds are from the present decade, but besides that, I’m not what sure what’s been replaced since open other than the Older TVs and the sheets.
The elevator had broken letters, the room was missing supplies, the stock of refillable lotion and hand soap had failed to be restocked. The lamp in my room was only half functioning forcing two beds to share one charger.
I will say, the amenities that Embassy Suites are known for are done well at this location:
The custom omelets are done well, the evening reception is 1.5 hours with pleasant bartenders and somewhat reasonable snacks, and the suite rooms are well oriented so TVs only reflect sound into your own room instead of the next guest’s suite.
The staff was friendly and receptive. This hotel is out of the way of anything convenient or meaningful, and seems to be a holdover of Brooklyn Center’s past prime. They are keeping it afloat with the bare necessities of repair, and staffing with friendly people and reasonable services, but the hotel is dated and it seems like they are waiting until they need to shut it down.

I was there one night on business. While I was a bit surprised that this particular Embassy Suites didn't have the towering atrium and glass elevators like many do, but nonetheless, it was very nice. The Manager's Reception was just like all the others, but the snacks seemed better than most. While the room suites were on the small side, they were adequate for after hours work, and the bed and pillows were the best I've ever slept in at a hotel - and I travel over 50%, many times staying in multiple hotels per trip. The other thing worth noting was how quiet the rooms were and how fast the elevators were. I'm not likely to visit this area again, but if I do, I will definitely stay here again!

We had a great experience at this hotel. We stayed one night and the room was very clean, well stocked, and it was quiet. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Everything that you want in a hotel. The front desk staff were friendly and got us checked in easily. We chose this hotel because it's connected to the Heritage Center Venue where we had a wedding reception. We didn't have the complimentary breakfast but we had family members staying at the same time and they said the restaurant had amazing food. The hotel is also secure and has plenty of parking.

Hotel interior is showing its age and the room I was in was not fully cleaned when I got into it.
