    This hotel is horrible!!!! We had a confirmation for our room, they turned us away and THEN CHARGED ME FOR THE ROOM!!!!! They will not reimburse me. This place is a total scam!!! Take your reservation and then turn you away but charge you away!!! I called and called to get my reimbursement - I was told multiple times that it was up to the hotel! REALLY - they are cheats and scammers - I have always stayed here when it was a holiday inn but now as a Double Tree I was totally scammed!!! I will never bring my business back here EVER!

    The room was nice. I was upset that there was mold in shower area. Inside and out. Didn’t shower while I was there. Was gross. Music that played in pool area was loud. Making it hard to rest. Front desk staff was excellent. Very helpful. Cookies great. Restaurant food was excellent along with servers inside restaurant. Hotel is hard to get to because of all the construction.

    Stayed the evening of 10/21/2025, both front desk employees i dealt with were great. The rooms were clean and comfortable, I would stay again for sure

    I booked two rooms through the hotel. They gave me a price along with a confirmation number. Both rooms identical. One adult 2 kids in one room and one adult one kid in another. I stated this when I booked our rooms. After check out I noticed they charged me more for one room versus the other (identical rooms). They said it was because I booked for only adults. That wasn’t true because I was traveling with my kids and stated that at the time of booking. It’s a non smoking hotel, but one of our rooms smelled like smoke.

    The rooms at the DoubleTree Hilton were fantastic! Upon arrival, we were greeted with a warm walnut chocolate chip cookie — such a nice touch. Check-in was quick, and our room was beautifully updated. I loved the different lighting options, and the flat-screen TV made it easy to log into streaming apps like Netflix and Hulu (which conveniently log you out upon checkout). The bathroom featured quality toiletries, and the room included a microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee maker — very convenient! The pool was decent, though my boyfriend said the water was quite cold, and unfortunately, the hot tub was out of order during our stay. If your room connects to the pool area, just be aware it can get a bit noisy with kids playing. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again!
