Vinyl plank flooring which I prefer over carpet. The strange thing was the entry lights. You need to put your key card in to turn them on, not so unusual in European hotels. What as strange was no switch at all for those lights OTHER than the key card, and then the key card did not control all lights in the room. Breakfast was decent. Not a huge selection, but enough hot and cold options to be acceptable. A good option for the price range it's in.
- DDDOct 13, 20254.0The hotel was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, I loved that there was a walk-in shower with Dove products provided. Breakfast was nice and the coffee was hot. But.... there was a traveling little kids hockey team staying there that was VERY rude, loud and obnoxious!! They were on the 3rd floor by my room and the 4th floor above me. Sounded like a freaking herd of elephants. Friday night the kids were allowed to literally run up and down the hallway banging on doors and yelling and screaming! No parent around cause I walked out and looked. Just a teenager watching these 5-7 year olds act like hoodlums. Staff would not do anything about it. This went on past midnight. Then started again by 6 am. I went down for coffee and parents are sitting around oblivious to these brats running all over the lounge. Then Saturday night I returned about 1030 pm and there were about 15 men in the lobby at the tables with beer bottles and whiskey drinking hooting and hollering like they were at Clanceys pool hall. The man working said there was nothing he could do, he told me they were supposed to sign a waiver to drink but refused and were still allowed to drink!!!! I find that unacceptable. Parents DO BETTER!!!! Have and teach RESPECT!!!
